That is the ONE thing that would bring about police accountability. Right now, they have us taxpayers paying for their bad deeds when they get sued. There actually was a law passed regarding that, but the US Supreme Court gutted it with a decision they made in 1967. Oh and should they break the law, they are often immune from prosecution or liability due to qualified immunity. Not that it'd even get that far, as there is no independent police oversight.
The US has the best armed, worst trained police force in the western world. Hell even the police in many less developed nations get better training and more oversight.
I know what the end of this story is going to be..." We did an a investigation on ourselves and found out we did nothing wrong"
End qualified immunity, make them accountable ! Fire them ! Sue the city and ruin it financially !
Suing the city takes too long end qualified immunity so you can go directly after the cops that mess up
A malicious prosecution is a crime...For anyone who has observed, been threatened, or harmed by CORRUPT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, file a complaint with the NSA(National Security Agency), ask for a investigation under the RICO ACT(The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations)...,The government cannot break the law, to make the law...File a complaint, or live as a slave...Lawsuits don't stop government corruption, RICO ACT prison time does...Contacting the right people changes everything...
Why would you want to bankrupt the city you live in making it harder for everyone except you? That won't stop police corruption it'll only make it worse.
This is why people hate the police
Under trained and over militarized! Well said.
End qualified immunity NOW!
Why are there so many cops raiding the wrong house throughout the country? Is it entitlement, incompetence, arrogance, indifference, or just stupidity? It seems that there is a new one every day.
They don’t care either. No big deal to them because their home wasn’t broken into. This is beyond dangerous. He would’ve been within his rights to defend the home and they woulda blamed him for opening fire when they broke in and killed as well as the baby.
It is because they are all illogical and just plain dumb
I really hope they get a giant lawsuit out of this.
They initially claimed that the door was open, they lied
They don't regret anything.
This is what happens when the standards have been lowered to fill positions.
Tell us you’ve never been to jail or prison without telling us
There definitely must be a shortage of people to fill these positions, hence the hiring of these sub-par retards!
8 officers and not one of them said hey that's not the right address.
That would require more than 4 braincells to share between the lot of them.
Our corrupt government likes their piggies dumb for a reason
So glad they are ok!!Anyone remember the case a few yrs back Breonna Taylor? She was absolutely beautiful and so full of life. She was literally asleep on her couch. She didnt deserve to be taken down. That story hit hard when I had heard about it.
People who do cosmetology have more hrs of training then cops do if that says anything 🤦♀️
Start Taking the $$$$ for these Lawsuits out of their PENSION FUNDS Instead of Tax Dollars ..... Maybe ? that will help ...
Fully agree. Every error by LEO should come out of their pension.
That, too is UM, 'fine by me'.😄
No knock raids are dangerous, and too many have gone wrong
Law enforcement is the only field of work where you can be rejected for being too intelligent.
My hairdresser license required 3 times the hours of training that cops have.
So..what was done to these BAD cops. It's apparent the COP in charge can't read. Does he still have a job? Does he still have his stripes?
If I was required - rightly or wrongly - to arbitrarily exit my property under similar circumstances, I'd be awfully concerned about any number of 8 pigs planting something in the house for them to magically find, and justify their bullshit existence.
Im actually Really shocked that they didnt.
@@dannymayo3236 Must have forgot it at the station .
@@vivianpatton5692 or used it on the way to the house while reading the warrant
Cops need to have to pay out of their own pockets for their incompetence.
That is the ONE thing that would bring about police accountability. Right now, they have us taxpayers paying for their bad deeds when they get sued. There actually was a law passed regarding that, but the US Supreme Court gutted it with a decision they made in 1967. Here's a summary of that one: "The evolution of qualified immunity began in 1871 when Congress adopted 42 U.S.C. § 1983, which makes government employees and officials personally liable for money damages if they violate a person's federal constitutional rights."
The problem is cops think everyone is guilty all the time.
They never consider coincidence or wrong place wrong time kinda thing.
I’ve been in one of these situations with guns pulled on me, for helping during a disaster. Huge conundrum but I was so respectful and compliant they were very rude
Eight police officers on the scene *and not a single one of them had the ability to read the warrant???*
Cops should order a pizza delivered to whichever address they want to raid. Pizza delivery rarely go to wrong address.
Maybe they should switch jobs with a pizza delivery guy. Heck, You’d get more respect from a pizza guy.
The pizza guy has never delivered my food to the wrong house how do 8 cops not realize they’re at the wrong address
pizza guys do sometimes deliver to the wrong house, they stop being pizza guys pretty damn fast.
how do 8 cops not realize they’re at the wrong address? Because you have to be an idiot to put on a uniform of the system!
It was most likely the baby in the guys arms that prevented the immediate violence.
What a sad state of affairs when we are entrusting people to protect us that don’t even have enough intelligence to read an address 🙈
No excuse for going to the wrong house! None!
Do they not teach the cops how to read?
Should be an immediate payout for getting the wrong house. $ 1 million.
From their pension funds.
They need 'incentivisation' to do their jobs right. With no consequences, there's no correction of behavior.
AMEN!!!
If dominoes can find the right house why can't the cops?
Lol good point!
This happens ALL the time. Breyona Taylor was shot dead in her bed when they raided the WRONG house!
@@watchcity2068 she was NOT in her bed she was standing behind her boyfriend when he fired at the cops.when they returned fire she was hit.
Since they raided the wrong house, ALL of the officers on site AND their next two levels of supervisors ALL belong in prison, loss of employment, loss of pension and loss of right to work in law enforcement ever again.
The only difference between a criminal and a cop is qualified immunity.
And this is why I don’t blindly back the blue.
If Doordash drivers can find a correct address, why cant the police? Good god these guys are dumb.
This is why police departments are even loosing friends with conservatives under 40. I have a record so clean that I have worked for FAA certified facilities and defense contractors, while also having been placed on a DEA procurement pre-screening list(i.e. clearance to buy 1000's of lbs of controlled substances on behalf of a business). In spite of these things, those jack-booted thugs have treated me like a felon on multiple occasions over my 38 years.
Yup. Absolutely not a leftist in no way whatsoever. Yet I despise police and their SOPs and how they treat the general public.
Make the cops pay...out of their own pension fund.
Cops making mistakes the pizza man never does…
They could’ve killed this man. And the crazy part is the cops would’ve gotten off. We’ve seen this before
End qualified immunity and make cops individual subjects to lawsuits.
Misuse of power under the color of authority, violation of civil rights, sue them in to the stone age ...
End qualified immunity.
I absolutely agree. It's the only way to **truly ** develop a "good cop".
All I have to say is nazism is alive in this country
Over zealous power trippers, they need to get sued to the point of bankruptcy and fired
If they only did get in a lot of trouble, we all know they didn't.
qualified immunity
I'd have my legalshield lawyer on the phone listening to the entire event. When the police becomes the enemy, only a lawyer will help.
This is how Briana Taylor got killed.
Exactly
So he went to prison for assault on an officer and child endangerment i bet and some other made up bullshit charges. 😂. I hope they sue for at least 20 mil.
Kidnapping is a felony. You may resist a kidnapping with deadly force. An unlawful arrest is a kidnapping. Do the math. Subtract the one carried by six. 🌈⭐️
Just tell them you're squatting and they'll leave.
Hope the cops loose there qualified immunity for there stupid stunts.
The wrong house... that seems to happen an awful lot of the time....
qualified immunity, followed by likely bonus pay and a promotion
I’m surprised they didn’t handcuff and arrest the baby.
A pizza delivery guy can find the right house but SWAT can't, pathetic.
It's going to be a REALLY REALLY bad day for the Police if they break into my home. I'm beyond ready...
They regret nothing, they just plan revenge
