@allaboutplatonism There's surprisingly little about him online. Not even a Wikipedia. A quick search only found John Vervaeki's social media post about his passing. Maybe he wanted it that way.
I don't imagine he even knew what Wikipedia is! He should have a page, though, I think. That's a good point. I will talk to the officers of his Noetic Society about that.

I know why I dumped all things Plotinus. THis was many yrs ago, Stilll I can not see why people continue to read his works. I have Proclus commentary to Timaeus arruving this week. Lets talk Timaeus. WE really need to stay focused on Plato and Carl Jung. Please makes videos on the greatest of all alchemists Gerhard DORN.

@@sammiller8640 Tried PLotinus decades ago, found his bk some yrs ago and went staright to the garbage can. 2 strikes He's Out, says the Ump. Then I noted this vid pop up at wee 4am New Orleans time,, looked over the text,,, again, nothing clicked, Its too over intellectual. I'll stay with Iamblichus, although he makes for dif reading and is a bit much mysticism, ,,, I never ever cared for anything mysticism, Take M Eckhart, Jung loves Eckgart, so I tried Eckhart,, sure we could blame it on the trans. = High spiritual ideas in old german, then to english,, Still my spoirit shuns Eckhart. I just ordered Proclus on the Timeaus, I have a goodddd hunch this is my cup of tea., I am more into history, Plato, all things heresy, jewish studies A-Z but HATE Kabbalah ,, Love Jung, Casthars, Anabaptists, Liberal ideas 19th C = the anti protestants.
My ancerstor was HORACE BUSHNELL, I have to carry on his legacy.

OK to be fair I tried to reconsider listening to This Enneads, yet once again, no go, Give me my 500+++ book collection for knowledge of God. My music, my pets, etc etc. God is not found in speculative mysticism/logic.
