Greetings new friends, sailing adventure is my dream, stay careful on your journey, congratulations on reaching your destination and success for you and me
Welcome to the United States. If you make it up to NJ, which I don’t recommend, (too cold) ,give me a shout and I’ll come meet up with you guys for a drink or two!
Burst out laughing when Phillipa shouted "Hello America" to those fishermen! How wonderful, enthusiastic - and a smidgeon naive! A very attractive combination. I imagine a portly 'Boss Hogg' like character from the Dukes of Hazard, chewing a cigar and saying to his family "What the good goddam is going on here"?
Great vlog, thank you for sharing these experiences. I remember the exhilaration of my fist time visting the USA and it was delightful to see yours - am longing to return. Good luck with the sale. Stay well and positive. Hello from Auckland, NZ : - )
Beautiful music at the sunset and moonrise. I take it that you were really happy to be on USA soil? All the colourful images of USA. Great to see you again.
What a great video I really really enjoyed watching this U2 are so positive the way you see the world is such a joy to behold. I must say Phillippa is looking awfully British in that lovely hat and scarf combination as one does doesn’t one.
Hello and welcome to America!! I discovered your channel a couple of weeks back and have since watched every episode that you've produced. It would be nice if you personalized your channel a bit more. For example, what type of business did James sell? How did you two meet and marry? How long have you been married? Do you miss the daily grind of your previous lives? Are you Australian or British? As a viewer of several sailing channels, I've found that the greater the personalization with your audience, the greater success! Also, a bit of constructive criticism: If you create a bio / brief history at the beginning of your episodes, it allows first time viewers of your channel to immediately understand (briefly) your background, and what they're about to watch. For example: Watch the intro of Sailing La Vagabond, Odd life Crafting or Sailing JibSea, as well as Sailing Yaba. Wishing you God speed, fair winds and following seas!!
Again, welcome to the USA (belated). Not sure if you're still here in America, but enjoy this place. Looking forward to seeing your adventures here. Too bad you couldn't hit the Great Lakes. Some beautiful spots here.
Phillipa; that particular area of "America" is still a little bitter about th at misunderstanding in 1776. However, I am sure you can charm them into rejoining the empire. James seems to have that Yankee vibe going. Keep him in line.
Wonderful episode! Ps: just an advice it d be more plesant if the video's format would let a proper full screen watching, personal opinion, maybe the effect is intentional maybe noy just know that full screen mode cut off in size for some reason

Brilliant! Glad you both got there safely. I’m guessing you’ve got plans for Panama at some stage. What your both doing is a huge dream of mine. So I really appreciate having an early taste of it through you guys-sorry if that sounded a bit Wierd!! 😁 Be safe and have fun. Xx

Not at all, thank you Anthony, best of luck for your adventure..
curious, why did you guys choose North Carolina to tour?
Perfect place to first 'land' after the sail and were interested to see what this part of America was like..
Most monohulls are too heavy for light wind sailing.
In your travels, have you come to the conclusion that our earth is flat? Just curious as I've heard this could be true.🤔
No, defintiely isn't flat lol...
