- Hey party people! thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this new ikea shop with me 2022 with you! I needed to go to Ikea to pick up some things for my pantry organization video or even my closet organization... sadly many of the things I needed were out of stock but they did have a lot of other things. I hope you enjoy going through the Ikea maze with me! I always enjoy giving you a little tour of Ikea, I'm even more excited that coming soon I will be able to share more of my house with you! Kim, since you shop at the ikea I shop at, have you ever found that going during a specific time is less crowded versus other times? That store is already so overwhelming with everything to look at it’s even more overwhelming with so many people. Thank you for taking us around the store ☺️
Hey Kim. Loved this video. A spud (potato) farmer here, Just letting you know, keep potatoes in a cool dark place otherwise the potatoes go green. Please don't eat green potatos as they can make you really sick. I love your Ikea videos.

Confession - I was about 33 years old and my oldest daughter was 16. I used to take her to Ikea and we'd play apartment and visit each other at our "homes." This was when the "apartments" were much more closed off and it was easy to be in there with nobody seeing you. Apparently people camped out in Ikea by hiding in these fun hovels. So they revamped their design so they're not nearly as obscure.

Went to our Ikea in Seattle (Tukwila) for the 1st time in mmm 5 years? Never made it upstairs to the show rooms..was looking for basket storage, all sold out. Also looking for square tufted chair pads for a diy padded headboard, all sold out. Was also looking for some artificial plants, found two and a tight woven cream with black accents basket planter i'm going to use as a waste basket for the bathroom. I was exhausted but found two large storage cubes and a colored wooden wall wreath by check out in the discount area..was happy but shocked, hardly anything in there! 2 1/2 hours later...tired.
When I was 8.. my neighbors and I used to make up dances to Shania Twain songs in our front yard 😂 I still remember them and I am 31 now.. My friends who I did them with just need them together on zoom it made my heart soooo happy! (2 sisters, and my sister and I)

I love your Ikea shop with me videos 🤗. The same thing happens to me when I go there, they never have the stuff I want to buy 😕. This whole pandemic situation is the reason why they are not stocked. But at the end of the day those are just material things and as long as we are healthy that's what really matters 😉😘

I'm moving in a few months and almost all the new furniture is going to be Ikea. I just love how functional their stuff is. My latest purchase (we needed it for Christmas dinner) is the table with the six (6) drawers that folds down to almost nothing. It's great!

When we bought this house they had put in new kitchen cupboards. Two of them were the glass front. I'm so not that woman so we spray painted the glass with the paint that looks like stone. Really turned out cute. We get lots of compliments on them.

Yay! I LIVE for your IKEA trips! Woke up Saturday and just had a feeling so I peeked - IKEA trip!!! I had a ton of stuff going on and I didn’t want to miss a moment so I waited till last night so I could concentrate on every moment and not have to start and stop . I slow the speed a little so that I can look all around as I shop with you, so it’s really like shopping with you except, of course, I can’t point things out for you as you do for us. 😉 My nearest IKEA is 2.5 to 3 hours away which is far enough that I never go. It’s a long trip to make alone and the only routes that don’t take me miles out of the way and add a lot more time don’t have any big divided highways so (sounds terrible but you know what I mean) you have to pay close attention for the whole drive. I have mobility issues, too, so I’m fearful of getting stranded in the store and not being able to get back out. At least there’d be plenty of places to sit for a moment and let my feet and legs recover! 😂 Gosh, that took a weird turn… 🤣🤣

Hi Kimberly. The best dishes that are chip resistant, drop proof, light in weight and great for kids are Corelle. They are a little expensive but last forever. They stack nicely too. My sister bought me a set and now that all I use. They are thin and fit great in a dishwasher too.
Ok so I went online to ikea....I bought a new duvet and matching blackout curtains for my bedroom for spring (cause I hate winter) and I put a whole new office worth of furniture in my cart for when I win the lottery! Lol thank you for all the inspo!!
