I don’t know why this much people praising Janaki as a legend or great or whatever. She has a worst female voice ever. Why am saying, it is high pitched and the wavelength also very high. I can’t even recognise the words from her noise. There is one tamil song Kadhal kaditham sung by Unni menon and Janaki. That was one of the beautiful composition by ARR but she spoiled it. Whenever the female portion comes i used to reduce the volume of my car stereo. One funny thing there i saw is S Janaki’s voice imitated by many of the mimicry artists in kerala and i think she is the most imitated female singer by men. May be she has good sruthi, layam , thalam etc. but please don’t say she has good voice🙏🏻
