I got a decant of Mr. Pink and Limewood from split scents. Honestly the bottle piqued my interest its so dope. The reviews on YT convinced me to try them out. I really really wanted to like them both. But I simply cannot and when it comes to fragrances I am easily impressed. Both fragrances have potential but are ultimately dreadful. Mr. Pink all the notes clash - its fresh, airy, buttery, sweet, powdery. If there was a transition to the notes throughout the dry down it would be more pleasant. Instead it smells like diaper wipes. Limewood gawd - so much potential but the wood is over powering. The lime is screechy and trying to fight through the wood but alas it is overpowered by an intense old wood scent. Once again if the fragrance developed throughout the dry down I would enjoy it but it all clashes. Reminds me of an industrial strength citrus wood floor polish.
Well... I didn't get anything out of this video for sure. No notes were mentioned, just feelings. One tip for the young lady; when you show a bottle... don't move it around. It's hard to observe. On a good note; happy to see a perfume with names I can pronounce and remember.
