For all the people who get loud ads after ASMR: Downliad a sleep timer on the app store or google play ect. And set it for 1 minute less than the ASMR video you're watching. (allow the app to turn off the phone or whatever in settings if it tells you to) and it'll turn your phone off before the video ends, letting your phone charge and you'll be asleep before you get a loud ad or something, I do this every night. Edit: I believe this also works with IPad
