I have nkt had a churro in a very long time! 3:20 this sandwich looks absolutely outstanding as well. If only I could eat the whole thing by myself. However, I know I would get extremely sick. they missed a step when making the macarons. You have to mix all the sugar and egg whites over a double boiler, which melts the sugar into the egg whites resulting in a glossy meringue. Edit: If you mix the almond flour and sugar in with a mixer, it makes sure you don't lose any air.

- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
