Thanks Andy - for the bunny huggers here who do not even know me - I have released more fish than any of you ever caught and started the concept of full release tournament fishing in South Africa, which by the way, is now the norm. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a trophy now and again!
Rene Graf it’s a marlin. It probably took at least a hour and a half to reel it. There’s no point in releasing it because it would be dead in a couple days due to lactic acid build up from all the muscle exertion
Angler did not appreciate what he caught and boat did all the work almost like a long liner , lekker manne julle is seker trots dat julle daai vis vermoor het, should have been released to be caught another day.
You wouldn't get pulled into the water if you actually knew how to fish, lucky catch guy, there are easy catch and release methods for these rare beautes
