Frankie looks amazing!!! A.G.A.M 😂 is my go to method as well! That string method is actually a legitimate DIY way to align a car, this will video is another Gem on this channel!
Sucks about the caster camber plates not holding! The footage from the parade was awesome, I would enjoy watching more 😂🤘

@MrBlitzkrieg1987 haha, yeah - I am not really happy with the plates. I've tightened the nuts as tight as I dare go... thanks Luis!

most cars have different track width front and rear. So if you put the string against both front and rear wheels, you end up with a line that is not parallel to the car's centerline. To get a parallel string, take the difference in front/rear track width, divide by 2, and set up the string with that half track width difference measurement. So if the rear is wider than the front, the string should be half that track difference farther away from the front hub, than it is to the rear hub. If the string touches both leading and trailing edges of the wheel, but the string isn't parallel to the car, the wheels are likely toe'd in.

Right on.... I am very curious how that bump steer kit turns out for you.

@@89G I run the Eibock pro kit 1 1/2”-2” drop and Koni reds. if I’m cutting hard across the highway the ruts where trucks have been driving makes me feel like my rear end has lost a control arm, the bump steer is real and that’s not even lowered that much so I picked up the PBR kit because they’re all the same just different prices and I’ll let you know in a couple of days

Give it an 1/8 toe out and handling improves greatly the trade off is they will follow every rut in the road but damn it’s fun

I'll definitely mess with it more when I get the SVE C/C plates in there. It's kind of fun making a small adjustment(s) and seeing how it changes how the car handles/steers.

I definitely have to do this, thanks for the refresher! That string line method looks easier than measuring the front wheels against each other. Which caster camber plates did you say you have now? I put the SVE ones on and I'm hoping they're good. The parade looks like it was super fun!
