Damn what a difference a week makes, it just seemed that the Chargers ball control was on their side they kept fast snapping, they also had that 3-4 defense which was getting super pressure this game looked too much like that Patriots game

Our Front 4 is awful overall and too slow. The LBs are out of alignment. Switching to The 3-4 would improve our Oakland 🏴☠️ Raiders a lot not only in defending the run, but overall as well.
It's bc the Front 4 is too slow. In order to address this issue currently, he'd need to edit player positions. I've put out a solid Defense based on his roster MANY TIMES and based on him running a 4-3. It's his Team though. And he doesn't edit player positions.
That said, his Front 4 is too slow and his LB group is kinda out of alignment too. I know if he switched to a 3-4 Defensive Scheme, the defense would IMMEDIATELY improve. No sweat. 🤷🏾♂️ Again, not my Team. I'm rooting for our Raiders though. 🏴☠️

If he switched to 3-4 Defense right now, he wouldn't have to do this. Based on how he has this Defense set up currently though, I agree with you. If you're gonna run 4-3 Scheme, your DEs CAN NOT be this slow.

Langston Walker is a good RT. 93 strength. To be honest, what he needs are Guards with more speed and acceleration. That way, he can run outside better with Fargas. Having speed and acceleration on pulling Guards on outside runs is VERY KEY. I'd make signing these type of Guards in FA, trading for Guards like this and/or Drafting them a top priority next season.
