Hiring a nanny isn’t really that different from having grandma help when mom has to work. I’m a SAHM of 4 & if I could I would hire help. It’s difficult. But I’m thankful I have family who love helping.
Nannies are very important for those that do not have family or other means for support. The best nannies are they one that bring culture diversity onto your life. So huge love to babysitters, nannies and family help.

This was incredibly annoying they didn’t get nannies because they had family, family that they probably supported but the majority of people did not live this way and who cares if they didn’t get a nanny really like somehow it made them a better parent
