We have a lot of issues with off road bikes in my area. I think one possible answer is having community police who spend time talking to people in the areas where the problems exist. Developing personal relationships with residents is a very important part of effective community policing.
No the problem is venues for riding these vehicles keep getting closed so then everyone resorts to just being a yobbo and riding round there local woods.
Glad something is being done. But more needs to be done to stop motorcycling being associated with criminality. In London, The Imps motorcycle club/display team was set up over 50 years ago so young people who wanted to get involved in motorcycling could do so in a disciplined and controlled setting. Still going strong today. We should have one in every town. Also BMX/cycle speedway etc.
Lets not associate motorcyclist with scooter and ev bike riders, very rare is a motorcyclist antisocial and especially in the manner that this video shows. These criminal joy riding just the same as they use to joy ride the old fords in the 90’s motorcyclist as a whole are law abiding citizens.

Exactly the reason why I use noise cancelling headphones for driving. I refuse to put up with that horrendous noise. You will not "wake me up" while I'm on my phone however you wake up children the sick and the elderly who need more sleep than the rest of us, so please keep that noise down.
Because the government created the law that road legal surrons are limited to 28mph 😂 meanwhile everyone has stock off road models that do 55 and then you have nodded that do 70+ if the government didn't restrict them people could get insurance 🙄 Why can a ktm 300 do 70mph legally but a surron can't do 30 seems silly
@@OhWhatsThisThen it's an electric bike don't try and band motorcyclists or even electric motorcycles with the things this idiots are riding. Irresponsible and purely click bait.
The police and council need to also clamp down on electric rental scooters and bikes, no registration, licence, insurance, or common road sense. They're a danger to other road users and pedestrians.
What are you doing? Notes about the knife crown? Why are you buying the muggins? This has been going off for years with motorbikes. You never don’t know about it. You can phone off every day and they say we sent someone out. Never do.
Dear Avon and Somerset Police, Thank you for your lovely video of electric bikes being lawfully ridden by some youngsters having a bit of fun. Where were the motorcycles mentioned in the title of your presentation? Or are you just lying again, as you are constantly trained to do?
What was lawful or were you watching another video? It’s awful in Bristol with these E-bikes. I was LAWFULLY driving down cribbs causeway at 30mph and was overtaken by one doing a wheelie. If I’m honest I’d have stopped and laughed if they had fell off and told them it serves them right. I have to wear a helmet when on my motorbike. So commander, please elaborate what section of the video do you see as lawful??
It takes the same amount of time to watch paint dry as it does for 101 operators to answer the phone.
Amen to that.

You have just described exactly what they are showing you and talking about in the video you are commenting on
The problem is, when they are caught, they are let off with a slap on the wrist, so no consequences...

101 is a waste of time it takes too long to get through. You know the problem areas people are telling you.
What about COLSTONS STATUE.?
Has he got a bike now?
Was he wearing a Helmet and safety gear ??
Well it aint Millbrook Southampton. The police just sit and watch. 😅😅
Kids on 50mph E bikes are a problem on the roads and Pavements..
Our UK cops need to take some crime-fighting tips from US cops - that would sort out the bike-crime problem! 👮🚓👍
and the police go door to door and get forensics for graffiting a gay flag
You’d better be a bit more careful Eh !

9 times out of 10 a motorcyclist IS antisocial breaking the dB limit with an exhaust that is excessively loud.
