I actually quite like this calendar more than I thought I would. It has a good varied selection of products and I like the pairings. It’s exciting to get products to try that I’d never actually be able to afford to buy. Having said that there are just too many minis or heavily inflated priced minis to justify the price point. But if it was gifted - I’d be well happy 😆.
This calendar has a huge amount of products. Wow. Most drawers are multiples. I dont mind smaller items and more of them. Its the novelty value of a new item really. Not much point in having fewer items but full sizes that you dont really end up liking.
I bought 2 of the harrods advent calendars, one to break up as gifts the other for me. This ones ideal for future gifts and for me so I’m purchasing it 😊
This calendar looks better unboxed than it did listed online. Whilst the sizes are all pretty small there are some really are great brands and products in there. Very fragrance heavy so most likely won’t ship to very many places. Thank you for showing us Crystal. Shame you didn’t win the £250 voucher!
I think this is a great calendar. If I didn’t already purchase the Liberty London calendar, I definitely would’ve gotten this one instead. The high number of fragrances alone makes this worth it!
I love this advent calendar, it is definitely worth the price. I also bought the Liberty London one which is lovely too but missed out on Harrods. Both HN and Liberty advent calendars target different beauty areas. It is definitely worth considering your needs before purchasing. I have a lot of skincare products from last years advent calendars (Sensai and Net-a-porter), the HN calendar's focus is more on what I didn't get in the other calendars (body products and perfumes) so it suits my needs perfectly. Personally I prefer HN advent to Liberty London's advent, just my personal choice this year. I love the fact that these beauty calendars compete to be the best which means higher quality products year on year.
I wish the 111 masks would come with the neck too, I remember using one before I realised how amazing and expensive they are, I haven't had one since 😂

I blind brought santal 33 full size and I am not a big fan! It smells like leather to me, way better than the fragrance workaholic that came in the Harvey nichols summer fragrance gwp 😂 xx
Eve lom is more of a balm whilst liz earle is a cream. Personally I orefer LE as i don'r like the smell of Eve lom but actully superdrug vit E HCC is great,cheaper and better value in a massive tube.
I've got both, Liberty's is lovely but is more skincare focussed, whereas HN is more body care focussed. I prefer HN as it suits my needs better (shortage of body care products and perfumes). It's about which products are you more likely to use more of over the year. Either way they are both fantastic calendars.
Hi crystal! You know what would be great if perhaps you could include when you're unboxing these calendars if they're available for international shipping or not or like if they're only available for UK residents because I'm running into a super huge problem with getting any calendars to the us and that is with courier services they're just not shipping they're just not they're all restricted. So I'm watching a ton of videos and I'm getting my hopes up only to find out that it won't be able to come here to the US or I won't be able to purchase it. So I was just wondering it's not going to stop me from like I said watching of course I will because I just love when you do these but it would be super helpful so I don't get all kinds of excited only to be deflated. 🤞❤️ Thank you so much for going over these calendars 🙏 your time is very much appreciated! 🙏❤️
Hi Steph, I will absolutely mention it when I can. The main issue is that, as I'm in the UK, it's not always clear whether they ship it elsewhere or not (as my location is set to the UK). I completely get the frustration; I'd be the same.

If those 500 pound creams are that great then why do most rich celebrities still get botox filler and face lifts. Surely the cream would be all they need.😂
This just felt a bit risky for me. Not sure I will like the scents. A calendar for someone with lots of money! Imagine if Slip did an advent calendar! I would buy it!
Oh, I'm very tempted. I saw the content in a spoiler but wasn't wowed. Seeing it unboxed makes all the difference 🤣 I'm wondering if they'll do a free goody bag with purchase in the near future, but then it may sell out! 😮😂❤ Will think about it! Don't like the eve lom. Or the fenty colour 😮 But overall, it's a good calendar. Just bought clarins calendar as there was an offer on and no other wowed me. 😊

I hate to tell you, but the la Prairie moisturiser is phenomenal and so is their foundation ❤
I have no doubts, I have tried sisleya from Sisley and I was amazed, but still ….😅
OMG that's what I'm always scared of in advents. Last year I tried La Mer moisturiser and fell in love with it. But it's like £85 for 15 ml😅😅
