Have you ever been in an impossible situation? The type of situation where you have NO idea how it's all going to work out or come together but God said it would? The thing is, we serve a God who specializes in the impossible but when we're in our own individual circumstances, it can be so hard to remember that fact. In today's video, we look to Gideon's story in Judges chapter 6 and 7 and see what happens when God places Him strategically in an impossible situation and how we, too, can stop placing limits on God. i hope you enjoy!! love you.

hey, sis! so let's chat - what has confirmation from God looked like in your life?
For me, God confirms things for me in big ways but also in really small & subtle ways. They mostly look like coincidences but lately, God has been confirming things to be in dreams. I'm not used to God speaking to me this way, so there's definitely been a learning curve to Him guiding me to realize what they mean!! Any of our good sis' experienced with dream interpretation?! i'd love to know your tips and tricks!

God has given me confirmations in so many ways to continue to use what worked and is good for me even if things are better. For example, I had more options and choices now for transportation and God is saying ok enjoy no tech walks for leisure and that I’m able to do so many things I’ve prayed for and it’s going to be ok because I have gotten many cool travels this year and it has been a blessing as well as the job search will work out too.
Yes! I would have a lot of dreams from the Lord and would not have a clue on what most of them meant! So I remembered always praying to God asking Him to help me to be able to interpret my dreams. The Lord came to me in a dream and told me to do a daniel fast! I wasn't quite sure of the reason, so I prayed to Him and ask what was I fasting for ( because a little while had passed) and He told me to read the book of Daniel and that's when He showed me I was fasting to be able to interpret dreams and visions( in my mind I was like "oh Lord how is this going to be possible lol") but I did The fast( while reading more about Daniel and praying about interpreting dreams a visions) and I kid you NOT! Now when I have a dream from the Lord, the Holy Spirit speaks to me instantly and tells me exactly what the Father is saying. I never in a million years thought I would be able to do that yall lol but as God says in His word! " with me all things are possible!"
God has really confirmed a lot for me and has shown up so much for me that it’s clear only he gets the glory. 4 years ago my family and I were unhoused. No money. No where to go. I felt so filled with doubt, filled with so much fear and anxiety. 4 years later I am a senior in college studying politics and journalism. Achieving my DREAMS and making my family proud. My name has been mentioned in rooms I haven’t yet stepped foot in. God has opened doors for me to intern with CNN, NBC, J.P. Morgan Capitol Hill and other major corporations. I am only 21 and already making a name for myself. I could not have seen this happening 4 years ago. But God will truly do it. If he could do this for me, imagine what else he can do!

My God, three years ago I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer, stage 4 metastasized to my lungs, they operated on me, I went through chemotherapy, radiation, radiotherapy and three years later I'm here, I'm so thankful to God. Believe and Act on your God given authority to shut down those negative thoughts and the lies speaking to you.
You have power, the power of the might Holy Spirit in you. Use it and tell the devil no. ( submit to the Lord, resist the devil and he Will flee) aka bring those concerns to God in prayer and worship and then tell those thought
“Absolutely No, you aren’t going to steal my peace, my confidence, my hope, my joy,and my strength. It mine and you can’t take it”
You got to speak out with authority to the lies and speak God words to it. And you can add a hallelujah shout or praise, that tend to scare those thought away to.
You are God’s Daughter, blessed with power, authority and a warrior to cut those lies and negative think with God word and believe what he say about you or the situation.
You are strong and courageous bc God is with you, say No to those thoughts and surrender them to Jesus.
“ When in doubt or fear, you either trust God and who he say he is or you Don’t?”
Let that soak!
This helps me keep my faith in God, every time when I feel like I’m going down under.

Same here!! This is largely due to him knowing what has our attention & how he can get through to us! If we spend our days consistently scrolling through social media, that’s where he’s going to make his appearance known.
Me too!! Whatever I’m going through in that very moment, something on my timeline pops up and speaks directly to me. I genuinely love that because sometimes I’m not clear on what to do or how to bring it to him & He finds me.
Me and 60 others were chosen out of 2000 applicants for this job .. recently 19 of the people chosen was terminated due to funding .. I was still in that number and was KEPT . GOD DID it!!

God showed up for me in a dream when I was seeking him about marrying my now husband. He showed me how that he was chosen to be my covering. I did not want to marry him until God had given me a confirmation. I thank God! My husband is such a blessing in so many ways!
I clicked watch otw to my last class! This was definitely needed for me to hear! God has done the unthinkable for me, and I can do nothing but give him thanks. By His grace alone, I was admitted to NYU during the year 2020, and now I am in my final year as a pre-medical student, about to graduate debt-free with several internship and graduate program options ahead of me! This is only the beginning, and I can only imagine what God has in store for my life. Love you so much, Melody! for being the big sis, I've never met ❤

I’m someone who needs constant confirmation from God or I feel like things are falling apart. I know that God can do beyond our wildest thoughts and dreams. I just have a hard time thinking he will do it for me in particular at times.
This video was a confirmation for me. I’ve been a stay home mom since the pandemic started. Prior to the pandemic work came first. I missed valuable time with my kids and husband…. Time spent with God was definitely almost non existent. Right before the pandemic I asked God to provide for us while I became a stay at home mom.
My husbands income is no where near large enough to take care of our huge family. 6 kids in home!
Lately I’ve been slipping in my faith and thinking “I have to get a job”…. But I battle with that being my human thoughts instead of being still and moving out of the way for the Waymaker!
This video was confirmation because it reminded me that God will place us in impossible positions so that he can get the glory.
If I went back to work maybe I’d give my job the glory instead of God?
I’m certainly not lazy and of course my husband does work, but my human mind says “two incomes are better than one”.
My Christian mind says train up my children in the right ways. Nurture them. Take them to church (which I do every Sunday)….

God is so faithful and so on time. Yesterday was a spiritual attack for me on with self doubt. I was questioning myself on if I’m really saved, is the Holy Spirit really dwelling in me, etc. I just kept praying and saturating my mind with worship. Ultimately, God came through for me last night. So thankful and blessed. Praise God for community and amazing people like yourself to encourage other brethren in the faith. ❤
God has brought me confirmation by bringing me to this very video/your channel in general. This year I asked him to help me to strengthen my relationship with him and to stay committed this time, and he has shown up. Omg came right on time…this morning I sent a screenshot of a scripture to my soon to be husband and I’m older than he is, passed my child bearing years and he has expressed he wants twins and God knows I desire the same thing however lately I’ve just been kind of scared to admit that because of my age that I may not be able to conceive no matter how much I focus and meditate on Sarah’s story in Genesis and Rebechka’s story, who actually had twins and so I shared that with him and I told him to continue to pray for us and omg when I listened to this, it confirmed everything we talked about….my heart is full right now….God is soooo amazing

So true bestie..This reminds me of a time I “tested” God to see if he was real. On my way to work I said to myself “God show me a dinosaur” trying to think of something specific enough. Then later at work, a coworker of mine had a dinosaur sweatshirt on! And like Gideon I tested him again, asking God to show me a KitKat chocolate bar, and low and behold my roommate had people over and one of them left a KitKat on the counter! As simple as a dinosaur and a chocolate bar are, it still confirmed Gods presence in my life. I encourage people who struggle with unbelief (like me at times) to simply just ask for confirmation. God is always timely, I have been bombarded with so many financial things pertaining to school, my personal life and goals dept that I put my self in from past mistakes. I was saying that I know God is going to make away he knows what I need already before I do. So to watch this was a blessing not limiting God is the key Amen🙏🏽

Amennnnn 🎉 I am in a similar situation we owe so much in rent but our desire is a new construction 🚧 house in Jesus name. God can do anything!! I want to praise Him in advance! When I was pregnant with my daughter, we didn’t have a car. I was riding the bus to teach and getting rides and borrowing cousins cars. I keep praying and I kept asking prayers for a new car and literally God gave me wisdom and blessed us to get a car in May 2016. Our daughter was born June 2016!! So don’t forget what God can do, everyone!!!
I was looking for apartments for years and actively looking for months and God blessed me with a brand new top of the line first ever people to love here in my apartment and I’m thriving.

Thank you so much for this video. Right now I am dealing with a situation where I am waiting for God to do the impossible. This has honestly been a 2- 3 years of waiting on God to move and to completely heal my son, it has been extremely hard to keep my hands off of it, to try to fix it and when I have, I have caused myself more anxiety, frustration and disappointment..I have experienced doubt and fear, the lies of the enemy you name it.. I’m thankful to see that with all of these emotions I was experiencing God is still faithful. He hasn’t counted me or my son out! Thank you Lord 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Same here! I’ve been chronically sick for over 2 years and almost died in mai of a pulmonary embolism, and have even worse health issues ever since. Honestly, the only reason I’m alive is truly gods power and mercy. But I still get anxious and doubtful sometimes. I’m only 27 yrs old and i already am unable to work due to my health condition, i lost so much weight I’m hardly keeping 110 lbs and I lost half of my hair and I’m afraid I’ll loose it all and it’ll never come back. My situation seems like it’s never getting better but I’ll never lose faith in my lord. He gives me strength to not give up and blesses me with little things that show me that hes still with me. And even if it’s not my destiny to get healthy in this life, there are so many more blessings waiting for us in the afterlife. Either way he’ll never let us down. I’ll pray for us 🙏🏽 wish u and your son all the best

Today God really did the impossible!!! Me and my children were in a terrible accident. A semi truck trailer came in to my lane and struck my vehicle! The truck was dragging my car for a mile and the car crashed into the wall! The way I controlled the car I know it was nobody but God! The way the car looks a regular person wouldn’t even survived but God does the impossible! Me and my children are bruised up but we have our life!!! God is so able 🙌🏾
I meditated on Judges 6-7 yesterday! I felt so inspired by how relatable Gideon was for me and how understanding and patient God was with him. I had conversations with my friends about it because it moved me so powerfully. It surprised me so much when you pulled from those exact verses! I loved this video Melody, God is truly speaking through you.✨
Wow wow wow! Maybe a year or 2 ago, I felt the Lord tell me who my future husband is. He gave me visions and joy through the Holy Spirit, and he even used commercials and ads to grab my attention. I very recently lost confidence in it but this video definitely sparked it again! Thanks for sharing!! I pray the everyone who is struggling to believe (including myself) God for the impossible will be strengthen and given great confidence!❤️

God is God,i always have direct dreams so lately i had a spirit of fear concerning my healthy cz my healthy wasnt ok,then 2weeks ago i dreamt i had results written negative,tha followin morning i went to the clinic n the results came exactly how i dreamt in the dream.God is so faithful n just to forgive us of all our sins n heal us of all our diseases so long we trust in him n confess his word.
This message is for me, I'm believing God to provide me with a home even though there's no possible way for me to get it on my own as I don't work and I'm a young mama. It may seem impossible with humans but nothing is impossible with my Father, the most high God.

I really enjoyed today's message, I believe God has shown me several signs to trust in Him. I recently lost a job and the day I lost my job, I remember going to pick up some food and there was a long wait because the restaurant was getting ready to close. One of the employees came up to me and took my order individually and paid for my food due to the wait. For me this was confirmation from God to not be afraid and to put my financial fears into his hands. I have been in a season of isolation, diving into my word and consistently going to church. I know God is preparing me for the impossible. Thank you for all you do, I have been following and listening to your videos for awhile now. They are so motivating. I feel it is one of God's plans for me to continue to share the word as well. Your channel has motivated me to want to share more Godly content with the world.

Amen! Wow. Amazing, I have been going back and forth debating on whether or not I should become a nurse, this past semester it was really hard for me, and by the looks of it I was failing. I started praying and telling dad his wheel, not mine, and I know that if it wasn’t for him, I would not have passed my last course now I am in my last semester three more months and I will become a nurse. 🙏🏾

God I need you please find me. Prayers are all we truly need. So please keep me and my two children in your prayers. I’m a single mother my husband passed away years ago. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m overwhelmed trying to provide for them and myself being a parent of a special needs child is so expensive. Lord Jesus hear my cries. Thank you for your videos. For me, I’m a writer. I have 9 books published that are in stores, but I haven’t put anything out in like 4 years. I’ve been wanting to quit and each time I consider it, God places a person before me asking why am I not writing and telling me how good I am. I know I’m allowing fear, rejection, the unbelief in myself to not do this. I’m afraid of the success I’m asking for and afraid of failing. I’m mad at myself. I’ve lost that drive and excitement. I’m truly struggling with this and you are right, I’m fearful, I don’t feel qualified, I’m mad that I’m not as grateful for this gift bc I’m too busy beating myself up and putting myself down. Now I’m crying. WOW! Where did this come from?😢
I feel like my faith is being tested right now!! I’m currently working minimum wage barely any hours after losing a good paying job full time and just got both my cars repossessed. The struggle is real but I’m leaning into god and keeping my faith stronger! I will not let these circumstances break me 🙏

All of a sudden I had the urge to go back to school and get a degree in biblical studies. God provided the full tuition. School is paid in full.

From the story of Gideon, I also learned that its alright to question GOD. Gideon asked for assurance twice & GOD delivered.
This has been the message to me recently.
To stop limiting God and to believe bigger.
Help me LORD.
I believe him unlimited for others really quick. Personally we waver. This message reminds us he's the same God!!!

TH-cam speakers, repetition of his words throughout my day, music and encouraging word from my sister in Christ. When I am concerned or worried about something I take a walk and talk to God about it. And wait for him to answer, sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn’t. But when he does reply, it come in unexpected timing and sometimes places. Especially, when I am not looking for it.
The biggest way God speaks to me is through my dreams and the intensity I feel while I’m having them. I’ve had to write them all down and sit with them even having to recall ones I’ve had 17 years ago connecting to now and the desires of my heart. He gives me warnings, & peaks into the future. I am for sure in preparation 😎 and in my waiting season.
This was so powerful. I'm in a challenging season and struggling with my doubts/fears about what's to come. It was reassuring to see that God can handle my doubts and that it's okay to say "God, please send me confirmation that you are still here working this thing out" and not feel guilty about my doubt. Another example of His sovereignty and why I need Him.. Thank you Thank You!!!
God has confirmed his word to me this year because how I have survived is only been by his grace n Mercies. He said when you go through the fire I will be with you

God Has confirmed His Word to me by Turning around my thoughts and perceptions of situations. The same occurrences that would hurt me are now working in my favor for His Glory.

I am much like Gideon, and God has definitely confirmed his words to me multiple times regarding a personal situation. He confirmed his words so many times in the past, but with this situation I wanted to be in control and God told me that I needed to surrender and trust him to work things out. It seems like once I surrendered things got worst and my faith got weary, I cried out to God for a sign and I heard him say “strike one more time” and so I did, and still nothing happened. I cried out once more and the very same day I saw God resurrect that thing in my life that I believed to be dead just a few days ago. God has definitely increased my faith and confidence in him. That resurrection could not have been anybody but God! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
GOD has been speaking to me that a HUGE blessing is coming. Even though GOD had already confirmed it previously, I still had doubts. One night around 1am I looked up to the sky and said, “GOD of the Bible, if it is really you who is speaking to me, I need confirmation with a shooting star”. I was brought to tears when THREE of the most brilliant stars shot across the sky.
God confirms things to me through people, sermons, videos, and even music, just to name a few. I have come to learn that God will use whatever form or approach to speak to me. The Holy Spirit has even spoken things to me that hasn't happened yet & then I end up seeing those things come to pass before my eyes. He has taught me that He knows the heart of men & the future.
@MelodyAlisa you just helped me remember that my current assignment from God is "impossible" and not meant to be easy. And also, I can't give up because it's not finished. I would not have been put on this path to decide on my own when it's done, to know what finished looked like, or to expect it wouldn't be radically different from where I started (or why would God have led me here). I needed to hear this today to take a deep breath, BELIEVE IN HIM MORE, have radical faith, and keep going down my path.
I just came back to God this year after being stucked in the world for too long. I can't feel God's presence in my life right now. If he was standing right beside me, I wouldn't even know it. I can't feel, see or hear anything. Certain things have happened in the last few years and at the time felt like punishments...but I know he was shutting doors to bring me back home.

This was great as always! For me, I kept seeing the number 3 repeat itself in different areas of my life. I had been praying for the meaning and God told me “it is finished”. Now I’m praying for God to show me what “it” is but I’m trusting in him during this process.
My “word” for last year 2022 was “Believe Bigger”! Yes, it’s 2 words but that’s exactly what I heard and was reinforced throughout the year. The interesting thing is the Faith built up in 2022 was most definitely for 2023 when he told me I was moving back to my hometown after 10 years. Within 6 weeks I had a remote job and I was on my way back with my landlord driving the Uhaul behind me so I would be safe (5 hour drive). Whose landlord does that? I look forward to all that God has for me here, who he’s connecting me to, and who we can bless through the word of my testimony. He’s a faithful, loving God and His plans are far greater than ours. God revealed to me my Kingdom Spouse👑, who so happens to be in the entertainment industry. The signs have been soooo clear that at this point I can't ignore them no matter how hard I try to convince myself otherwise. I mean it's Someone who's on T.v so I initially thot this was just a crush. Little did I know that God made this person just for me and me for him. Im becoming sure now more than ever😳.

i've been thinking of doing something outside of my comfort zone and going somewhere else for a while. after talking to God about it AGAIN, suddenly 2 of my work colleagues - a day later - mentioned that i fit this place or that i should go there. tiktok showed me travel tiktoks and the place was the first one mentioned...
this is a sign for me to challenge myself, believe and do it!

This was confirmation on its own about the question I had with God. We are in an impossible situation and quite frankly I know that He is able, I was just not sure if that is His will for us.
So I trust Him that He will do it for us, when the time is right.

Wow, lately, I have received so many direct confirmations, especially over the last few weeks. I’ve always heard God's voice in so many things. But now, I have had direct visions in dreams and through messages geared towards my life. Sometimes, I am so amazed at how clear these messages can be. I believe this is how God directs my paths or shows me where to go. I also believe this is how he responds to my prayers for direction. He is amazing!
God always speaks through his word and then i get the rhema word through people. This was a great gentle reminder. 😊❤
God has been confirming His will to me through His word, feeling peaceful (because where peace is God is present), dreams -which I do not always understand I’m begging God to give me revelation because my ignorant self wont spend time in the presence to wait for Him to reveal it to me😭😭 (as I am typing this I am repenting😂)
Last year I got an award from my previous college that in 2016 I have to leave. It was the Freshman Achievement Award which means that I had the highest GPA in my class. I left that school 2016 with the 1.5 or something..... I can't take any of the credit for how the last year has played out and God knows that and I give him the praise 🙏.
This video was recommended and babbbyyyyy when I tell you this is the confirmation I needed to resecure my relationship with God. Over the past year, I had been asking God basically to teach me how to know God is my life source, that there are no “coincidences” taking place in my favor. I needed to know God can still use me. This is beautiful. Loved watching you express how important it is to go to GOD with our (fill in the blanks). I am in the "waiting" phase of a large prayer and he has been opening doors for the prayer to be answered. I am fearful because in my own strength it is a HUGE change, but with my father alongside us during this transition I know it is possible. I want to make sure HE gets all the glory. I will point others to HIM because he provided.

My walk with the Lord has been tumultuous and I'm finally back on the path to Him. I'm wrecked right now - I lost my job, I'm 2 years out from a divorce, I'm starting all over again at the age of 46 and I'm scared to death. But maybe this is what God needed to do in my life so I can give Him all the glory! I'm starting from the beginning and know that everything in my life is because of Him. I can't do anything without God and I'm ready to give Him all the glory.
One way God confirms things in my life is speaking the same thing through multiple people!
God continues to confirm things in my life by giving me revelations! It could be in mid conversation with someone and I’ll get a revelation about something I’ve been dealing with. Or I’ll get a revelation about something I prayed about. It has truly been AMAZING!! To get this type of confirmation and to know that it is God speaking to me because there’s no confusion or second guessing this voice. Once I hear it, I know it’s God and what I’m being told to do is resonates with me.
I have asked God to confirm a specific project by allowing certain people He asked me to involve to say “I really need this for myself” everyone has answered in such manner

God showed up for me! I thought I needed a better paying job and was searching for a cheaper apartment. Instead, God guided me. Before I knew it I had paid off a debt last week, I am paying off another next week. Those payments together are the additional income I needed! He showed me that HE has it ALL under control.
This is confirmation for me like the other ladies here are saying. It's helping me to have more trust in him. I'll have rewatcj to meditate more on this.

Years ago when I was just a child, a prophet of God spoke to me and said, “the Lord says, ‘ministry will come forth from your womb.’” As a child I didn’t think too much of it and wasn’t quite sure what to do with that. So my mom to just leave it with God and wait on his timing. Fast forward many years, both of my children are now in the ministry. I never even thought about the word till one day a dear friend exclaimed, “Beth! Both of your children are in the ministry! How wonderful is that!” That’s when I heard it!!! I remembered in that moment the prophet and her words and I wept and thanked the Lord for His faithfulness. It was confirmation to my spirit and also told me again how God knows all things!!! I don’t need to worry or fear about my future. He knows and He is in control. Thank you for your word today.

Me peace was my 4 year old niece who was very close to God at that time God would use her in the prophetic. She told me tt. You know you’re going to fly away….. I was shocked 😮I was like who told you this…. She said God! I began to relax. God gave me peace. The enemy tried to make me doubt that God wouldn’t do what he said. But I believe God.
I just went through the book of Judges...and chilllleee is it dark. But a lot of good gems in there.
I think one way God has confirmed something is by sending multiple people my way to talk about the same thing without me telling them anything.

Hi Melody thank you for this video. I’m a small business owner and have made it to year 5 but have been hit with so many struggles this year till I thought I would have to close. God confirmed that I need to stay in business, by providing opportunities that can scale my company, but the location I produce out of is trying to remove me from space. It’s been a on going battle and feels impossible to defend my rights against a large company. This was confirmation I need to continue fighting even in the mist of my fears. Thank you again. I get God;s confirmation through dream and being at peace (I can't describe it, i just feel this strong sense that things will work itself out). I sometimes struggle with the dream because i used to engage in spiritual codependency because I wasn't trusting God.
I dream a lot and sometimes get too overwhelmed with trying to seek meaning. And before I know it it's a new night and the circle just continues.
@@Kingdom-Queen I write down what I remember from my dream now. Then I try to align it with the word of God. Yes I sometimes get overwhelmed from dream.

I’ve not been able to have a home in my own name for the last 7 years based on past financial mistakes. I am believing with my whole heart that God has blessed me and my family with a beautiful, spacious, 4 bedroom home that I’ve recently applied for. I visit every day pray over it and call it home. In man’s eyes I shouldn’t be approved but I know my God had approved and blessed me. I’ll come share once this has come to past ❤ thank you for this video.
There's something I've been praying and asking God for for a little over a month now and I'd say that my faith has been wavering due to things not going right in my life over the years but at the same time I believe God has shown me that I am in my season of testimony, that He has delivered me out out of the wilderness the same way He did for the Israelites in Deuteronomy 11 but I still question if this is the move that He wants me to make and whether this particular thing I'm praying for is for me. I think this video has confirmed it all, especially after hearing James 2:26 which is a word I've been hearing A LOT lately😅. And as I was flipping back to Judges I landed on a page that had the word FAITH on it (I have a journalling/creative Bible), I had to sit and say "Okay God, I hear you."
One way that God confirmed something in my life is moving me to los angeles. As May 2023 approached and I graduated from college, I literally had zero things to show for WHY I was moving here. Then I moved here (couch surfing with family) in july and things worked out. I got a job and I’m moving to a nice place in santa monica. I know I was called bc man was there a pruning season but I relied on God and he is bringing me out to such a brighter side. October is looking up!
