its really hard to tell actually, when she was drunk, she said she is in love with someone who gives her butterflies and worries her when they’re apart and another man whom she pities, who makes her sad and makes her want to hug him, she asked which one the true love is, the one who makes her heart beat (SH) or the one her heart hurts for (JB), to me its clear that the true love is SH from that perspective, she only feels that way about JB bc its empathy, she feels sorry for him and also grateful for JB after knowing he had saved her so many times so maybe she feels the need to pay back by returning his feelings, but the teaser for the final episode shows that SH leaves and lets SB go, then SB realizes that its SH she truly loves after he leaves her and she gets sick from being apart from him, meanwhile JB is dying and it looks like he will donate his heart bc theres a scene where he asks the doctor if Sa Bin could live if she had an operation so it’ll be like “my heart will forever be yours” kind of concept by giving his heart (literally) to SB, but again its just how the teaser makes us think but WHO KNOWS there might be a plot twist we never think about, we can only wait until tomorrow and find out 😩😩😩

A great drama with great actors and actresses. You can feel the love from each main character at a different time and the emotions of the 3 main characters plus their good looks of course . Not forgetting Jo In Do he cracks me up. I search on Netflix, D+ and Viu none of them have this drama.
