If you are using an image (or you cannot find the set channels tab), you have to drag set channels onto your image/text from the "effects & presets" menu. Great video though :)

Thank you for the video I was looking for this exact effect.
Just wondering how I can control the speed of the displacement effect.
I thought if I slow down the glitch stock, it would slow down the displacemenet, but that's not the case.
