I'm not monetizing this channel so there shouldn't be any adds...looks like TH-cam recently implemented new policies where they can put ads on any video regardless of its inclusion in TH-cam partner program or not. That means some videos will show ads no matter what, seems to be random...perhaps a way to push people into buying premium youtube w/o adds. Sorry :( An obnoxious add in the middle of a relaxing experience is definitely not what I am going for. Hopefully they remove this policy soon.

Not sure of the specific pause you’re speaking of Janet but yes there are brief moments of silence throughout the journey that are intentional by design.
