I fixed mine. This bastard knows shit(the guy on the video) after what he first did(I knew that already) you have to manually select the country on your playstore settings

Google terms of Agreement about this, says you are only allowed to.change country once per year. If you want to change it back, u will need to wait for 1 year 🙄 it sucks.

Hey everyone, found a fix in 2024 and it may work for you all. clear cache of playstore,then go to settings and do this for playstore: Battery-unrestricted, permissions all allowed, and lock the app in cache if you can. Restart the app oe game and finish your cash

the avalable sulition for these issue is to un update you play store... these problem causes by the update of you play store just un update your play store and remove ur credit or whatever u use to buy something thought play store after these restar ur phone and clean cashes your play store and add ung credit that its fix the problem it work on me
or maybe ung accoun is link into your unthere account which triggered these issue check if you have second country account and removed it
