Wow, I know how this feels,I am so glad I found someone to relate too. I know this pain. And it is hard as you still end up having feelings for the other man.The truth can be painful, but I had to choose it for my two daughters and my husband.

I can so relate to you; I also have a David. He never compliments me, but he will say after he is all dressed up. "I look handsome?" Before I can even get the words out of my mouth. I tell him how nice he looks and I wait for him to say I look pretty or not. But in 9 years he never has once told me I looked nice. I love him so much, and I want to know he finds me attractive. I have lost all confidence in myself, I feel so ugly, and yes I still have weight to lose. Thank you for being so real, God bless you.

what a jerk of a man if that is what you call him---all he had to do was look at you and say of course you're beautiful tonight and I have would have said so if I wasn't a selfish, mean and dull child - he is the exception most of us are not like that
