Can I expect your locos to operate correctly (in terms of functions) with different decoders once the decoder is installed? Or do I have to map all functions by setting CV values on my own?

Is it true that I need to map almost all functions on my own in your BR180 (71223)? Where do I look for correct CV settings?

In italiano te lo sogni! Il nostro mercato è nulla per loro e quindi non si preoccupano di tradurre tutto anche in italiano. Attiva i sottotitoli in italiano.

What do I have to do to get any customer service from Roco? I purchased a TT:120 BR108 locomotive in January of this year, it’s motor drive failed within 2 hours, it was returned to Austria for repair, that took 5 months!! It failed again within less than 1 hour. This model has been re released with new motor/transmission so Roco is fully aware there was a fault. The customer service department at Roco fail to respond, I have ‘tickets’ going back weeks and nothing happens. Roco is a scam company and on current form not to be trusted

An update, after months of waiting, Roco’s Legal department have informed me I can repair the loco myself (using parts they don’t have ) on a £300 loco that has failed twice in hours and having been in their service depart for 5 months.. that repair didn’t work. They admit the loco was manufactured with substandard parts. So far they are refusing to replace the loco with the re -engineered version that addresses the faults. What a shockingly bad company Roco Fleishman has turned out to be. Appalling quality products and terrible customer service.
