why can't our senior military officers be compelled to go for physical fitness exercise ? They are clearly overfed while the service men are languishing in poverty.
British colonies in Africa used the British military ranks, uniforms, and drills for parades as well. Keep in mind before these countries were granted independence, the British trained their militaries and police.
