I don’t know what’s more impressive. The entire film basically being one long shot, or the fact it isn’t one long shot but the Filmmakers, Cast & Crew hid all the Cuts & Edits so unbelievably well that you can’t tell which sequence is an actual long take and which is several takes blended into one...
I'm the only one that liked this movie when I recommended it to people I know. It's not that I'm more brilliant for enjoying this great film but the fact that it's probably because you need to have an acquired taste for this kind of movie.
1:04 Is that a cameraman or the extra from Aliens, Ghostbusters or Starship Troopers? :P Damn that rig looks nice. Just imagine sending him back in time to the day and age when silent films were just starting to get common. ^^
This film concept challenge actors by touching their real lives facts , but trying to make them face hypothetical other ones thay may not like but q is : could they be ? Represent it ? This film challenge the audience to capture all is about : theatrical trailer or a helluva movie ? This film challenge our human most high or low emotions - all n eac n any are printed there some way via one of many characters emotions ! And weel the camera is so explicit , so inside the souls of each acting ...Never seen nothing so pulsating and alive !

1:13 what kind of problems?
StupidBlech he is known to change the script if he doesn't like it and act out on sets causing trouble with the director or ther actors
Basically this character (Riggan) isn’t too far from the truth
Best film
why are the diffuser guys following the camera in 2:35 ?
Late response but probably to create more contrast, to reduce him making shadows or he couldn't see the monitor because of the bright lights.
@Huhu Haha its worth the shot

Why werent these featurettes on the BluRay???
what is the role of that big white board?
+Gabi Corneanu It's a reflector. Reflectors are used in photography and videography to lighten up shadows and create a softer light.
+Wistbacka its not a reflector. its a frame with white diffusion foil which makes the light that gets through it softer
+Muffinmann You can use it as a diffusor or a reflector depending on the situation.
+Wistbacka no you cant use it as a reflector.
inharritu looks like tim burton
