Very useful lecture. Thank you very much sir for uploading this video. Now I understood which formula to apply to calculate a sample size in different interests. However, I expect more from you sir, specially why confidence level is always 95% and power is always 80%. I I am expecting your explanation in another video. Thank you once again.

Speech of the speaker is not uniform. Almost in audible at the end of each sentence. Has skipped important points that non PSM students can never understand and it is difficult to answer the assignments. Has rather emphasised on unnecessary topics

How can we calculate sample size from mcid number? How can we get mcid number for any outcome measures?

PLEASE SOLVE FOLLOWING QUESTION STEP BY STEP :
In a cross-sectional study, a group of researchers wanted to estimate the prevalence of cephalosporin-resistant E.coli among adult males with urinary tract infections. From previous literature, the prevalence was found to be 6.5%. If the researchers want to estimate the prevalence with a 20% relative precision and 95% significance level, what is the minimum sample size required?

In the analytic study calculation it should be (0.25 -0.15 ) square ... at at 22 mins 20 seconds time. Again same mistake in second example (0.18-0.10) plz correct it

No disrespect Sir but it is very difficult to understand what is being taught. In the end we just mugg up things and vomit it out, failing the whole purpose of this course.
