That's the problem with pics, the programmer are expensive, while a St link clone cost 250inr, and you can program a megawin control with just a usb to ttl converter which cost only 70inr same for Arduino but atmega ics are expensive
pickit3 clone, about $30?
if you really wanted to, you can program them with switches? the hex files translate directly to the binary being written to the device... follow the ICSP protocols...
@@paradiselost9946 the lowest price I found of a pic programmer is 9 USD, and a pic16f876 cost 3.6 USD, while a Arduino nano clone cost around 3.14USD, a bluepill clone cost around 2 USD and the st link clone cost the same, but the megawin 8051 CPU which comes with a boot loader cost only 0.72 USD and a usb to ttl convert cost the same.
How many times ic can erased and reprogrammed?
No limit
IT depends on the model you May learn from the datasheet's first page

Эти зиф модули с браком, на них 39 пин не подключен к PGC , pic16f877a не можно программировать нужно ставить перемычку

pic ic cost is 100rs
but pic kit is 1500rs
