      @@WePromoteProperties why majority of the resales only 1st floors? Can you tell the reasons? Because I am looking for resale flats specifically for 2nd or 3rd floor. I could find such options in resale. Also majority of the people won't prefer 1st floors because of vehicle sounds from parking places and all garbage that come from upper floors will create problems for 1st floor people and these problems i practically experienced.Not only me , every one knows these problems. Because when customer investing around 90 laks just for 2nd hand 2bhk then definitely think of all these points.
