Yes chhodh sakte hai, manager se baat kroge to notice perioid serve nhi krna padega, isse aapki agli job pr fark pad sakta h kuki wahaa interview mei aapke reason puchenge previous job chhodne ka

mujhe xavier polytechnic banane ke liye Technical assistant post par bahali kiya gaya.... hamne work shop banaya... phir affiliation bhi mil gaya... uske baad Xavier Institute ne news paper me vacancy ko nikala mai phir se interview diya... phir se one year ke liye probetion period me rakha gaya... one years ke baad phir se three months probetion extend kar diya gaya.. aur uske baad mujhe Technician post dekar. six pay ke naam par rs 9300 diya gaya... mai court gaya hoon.. kya mujhe nyaypalika se nyay mil sakta hai

Bhai, what if the company (IT) asks a employee to resign during a 1 year bond probation period due to non performance,
1} will the employee would have to pay the bond amount then ?
Probation mei hai agar, matlab permanent hi nahi hua toh kesa bond

@@kyalifnoronha2443 it's not always the case. Sometimes they forget.
For example my company didn't mention anything as such in my offer letter and there is no deal in agreement letter.
So I can leave whenever I want. I believe that is the reason, why probationary period is also called trial period
Giving training is in the benefit of the company, not of the employee. If an employee is hired, that means it's the duty of the company to train him. If they want to recover the training costs, it should be mentioned beforehand joining.
Tbh, I wouldn't join any company that wants to recover the training amount. There's a lot of things for which an employee may considering quitting, it can be micromanagement, toxic manager, unrealistic expectations from a fresher/experienced. There are a heap of things to consider.
I have seen people, freshers from Google , Microsoft quitting within 1 month. There was no probation or bond though. But the fact that these companies are the dream of many college students to get into, and when freshers quit from them in short span for reasons like loaded expectations, etc. Then it's another level game

And mostly trainings worth 10k is worth a shot quitting. Becoz company itna amount recover karne ke liye 20k toh khrch karna padega usko 💀
@@depression_plusplus6120 yeah certificate nahi chaiye toh chalega aur agar IT field m aage continue nahi kar Raha hai Banda toh theek hai varna NSR me se bhi Blacklist kar dete hai bande ko so then NSR under companies m voh aage nhi join ho sakta job k liye, mere time ek senior ka Aisa blacklist wala scene huwa fir aage pata nahi kya kiya usne
As experienced person i am in probation period and company environment and culture is not good it’s like a hell to be work here so how can i resign from the job with proper way ? They have my documents I want it back to how can i get that also ?
If you want to get out, just send resignation mail but remember you need to either serve notice period or pay for the period if you are not willing to serve it, Also they can release you pretty easliy if you have a very strong reason to leave

They didn't give much work and a womens ego got hit with what's good in life and for no reason to match without giving work on role I was hired for I was terminated
