The odds are against him getting all three until he meets Francine Evans, a young singer just off the bus from Philly, who is destined for greatness. For a Canadian production of the musical (in Toronto, of course), Clyde Alves, Corbin Bleu, and Thomas Dekker (the latter two married to Canadians, while the former is Canadian-born) would be perfect as Tommy, Jesse, and Jimmy, respectively. Fefe Dobson would shine as Francine Evans, and Clyde's wife Robyn Hurder would do likewise as Madame Veltri.
