Its more useful in solo runs where you dont share shells with others often Amulet is a second health armor source and is viable with many players, however if you have below mythic amulets, its slow enough to not reach full shield while being attacked by projectiles or rammed by mobs, if theres so many people around that the mobs die before they damage you, making amulet have its use not used sometimes
Well shell is not useless, take an example: Amulet: Only give you percentage of shield, does not recover full shield back. If your flower health was 100 health then use mythic Amulet give you extra 33.3333… shield to your health. Shell: Shell slowly recover full shield yet when consume multiple times Amulet + Shell: A great build if you don’t want to have shield fall off ( mean you passively lose shield ) for a little bit
