Hiking Hope Lookout, elevation gain: 500M/ round trip: 4K/ time: 3 hours.
Senior friendly, the viewpoint is spectacular and even a toilet at top.

Yipes. Quite the climb. Imagine getting all the way up to the Lookout Loo, only to find no TP. Good thing there’s pages left in the “log” book.😂

What a beautiful hiking trail. It got very steep, but it was worth the climb for the great lookout point. You are very fit. I love what you wrote on the log. Lydia was a trooper. It always amazed me how good she was at hiking she never gave up.❤She was a very special girl. I, too, lost my dog and miss him. The lookout Loo was funny and different. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.😊
