share my night routine as a living alone here in my temporary Japanese serviced apartment. I also went to supermarket to buy groceries. I’m adjusting into different city and different apartment. I love my old apartment so much but things happen so quickly and I need to leave my Japanese apartment.

I started watching your videos about three weeks ago and I am sincerely motivated by you! I have severe depression, and just recently was diagnosed with ADHD, so I never had a routine or a discipline, it was always all over the place for me. Watching your videos inspired me to have a routine without making it a “chore” - instead, I try to enjoy every little moment, like you do. I started cooking more, treating myself with flowers from time to time, taking a minute to just notice what is happening in my life.

Hello from Australia, thank you for sharing your journey, through your videos. I noticed that you purchased a pair of scissors for your hair. I was a hairdresser and the scissors you bought, are hair thinning scissors. Their purpose is purely to thin out thick hair. They do not help damaged hair at all, so I would suggest that you don’t use them.
The only way to help with damaged hair is to have a trim every 5 to 6 weeks. And use a good quality shampoo and conditioner, than towel dry your hair, and apply a leave in conditioner to ends of your hair. 😊

Love the lucky cat collection. I have 6 cats here I take care of, I do love kitties! They are my fur babys. 😂 I am turning into the elder cat lady, the older I get! They prefer to stay out doors mostly but when it gets ice and snow out they come in with us. Part of them with us and usually the next door takes some in. They are loved there to. They all have seen the vets office, they are healthy and fixed. I guess you can say I'm a rescue person, but I'm at my max limit now. The female was dumped and had kitties before I could fix her.

Thank you so much for turning off your water, scrubbing down your dishes and then turning back on the water to wash. I see so many people leave the water on while scrubbing or doing other things. It is so much wasted water yet they say the care about the environment. We all have to do our part to conserve our water supply. We are so blessed to have running water when we want :)
With the size of the grocery shopping I do every 2 weeks I’d need 8 of those little baskets. Lol

This reminds me of a recipe I made that is a Chinese cuisine dish called Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. There is no lobster used, instead, it is made with pork ingredients like you used here, and I use Chinese wine called Shaoxing rice cooking wine.

I heard from my friend in Tokyo that cherry blossoms are blooming early this year. She took a trip to a Ryokan and onsen (I forget where now😂) and she said that most of the blossoms had already fallen. I hope you get to enjoy them often.
Whew, that tax return looked so complicated. I just do mine on the computer and it does all the calculations for me. I do however miss the old forms pre-computer days because I'm an oddball that enjoys filling out forms lol.

That type of scissors is for removing bulk, but not for removing split ends. Regular scissors will do and just trim 2 centimeters from your ends. I’m a female barber. Nice recipe though. Someday I’ll visit Japan.
