Crystal does a good job at displaying Allison's resistance to Scott while also showing her wanting to care. Like ours clear how actions mean something to her and she feels something about him still being there when she needs it. I think the only reason this sudden storyline worked for me was because she clearly was moved by his displaying his feelings so openly
