- Hello Drewrees, Happy Saturday! the Drewry's are back with a delicious Ghanaian street beef suya recipe! we also call it kyikinga (chichinga) suya is the most popular street food that West Africans look forward to eating when they travel back home. Give it a try!
Here are the ingredients:
2kg beef rumpsteak
1,5 kg diced beef
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
2 green spicy Turkish peppers
5 + 3 tbsp suya spice
1 cup oil to divide between the rumpsteak and diced beef
3 or more maggi cubes
extra 1/2 cub oil
1tbsp garlic granules

Soaking the skewers is a good option. Oh my days, this meat is marinated at it's best. Completion looks so delicious, inviting and irresistible. The veggies are so vibrate and appealing. Please save mine I'm in Essex wai.
