    Have there been any H4 blockers used for Mast Cell Activation Disorder? I tried an H2 blocker and it actually caused a paradoxical reaction majorly upsetting my stomach to the point I had to go off it because now I can hardly eat. I am on an H1 blocker which does help congestion and pain, but my doctor is trying to figure out something for my Dysautonomia.

      iAMGiftbearer I have this disease. Most of the meds cover up or decreases histamines instead of curing the disease. It’s exhausting

      Do you have CCI (cranio cervical instability)?
      CCI can cause issues with the vagal nerve which plays a vital role in autonomic nervous system.
