I'd like to see a follow-up segment where people resubmit their collections after having adjusted their display, based on your suggestions.

I liked that big case! It felt like the battle that was depicted on the back of the old G1 boxes.

That big case looked like what you'd see in a cool Transformers poster. Well done set up. To me anyway.
It looks nice, but nothing is happening, no battle. Just facing front posing for a photo. Mix it up i say the box art used dynamic action scenes and they were side on and flying and shit. Not static.

I’ve had my detolfs off the floor for years, but recently lighting the cabinets up with LEDs, dioramas, risers, and spacing everything out totally made everything pop.
Chase's display in the case with all the Decepticons jammed up in there is how I display the bulk of my collection. It's actually awesome looking because at first it just looks like a mess, but you continue to check it out and you see each section and how it's set up and posed and the individual bots and then it overall just comes together much better.
These videos are the internet version of going to another kids house and seeing all their toys and finding all the ones you want yourself.

Slowly going over my stuff with a view to down sizing it, have removed all my legends, and now looking at whats in the shelf. Coming to realise that a smaller set where the characters really mean something to me is far better than a complete collection. Feels like a long road tho.

The mirrored case at 11:15 looks like it should have a disco ball in the middle.
I really enjoy this series. Now I just have to edit and put it into practice.

I turned my 2 billy bookcases sideways and stacked them on top of each other.pulled the shelves. I’m able to fit most of my mp10 sized bots in them. Can you put the detolf sideways safely.

My transformers collection comes with a freaking junk drawer of accessories. Like why the heck do I get some of these accessories?

Great video!! I really really like this segment. The only critic I have trouble with is when you critique the choice of figurine in the display. Who cares if galvatron is not in season 2. If the guy wants to put him with decepticons let him do as long as the display looks cool
It’s not about that my friend. It’s that the case is beginning to look a bit cluttered. And if he plans on putting all of season 3 in there it’s going to get REAL cluttered. So, it was a suggestion as to where to stop for that case so that it doesn’t get over crowded. :) I don’t care what figures a person has in their case, just trying to offer a stopping point for him so that the case doesn’t go from great to sloppy. :) hope that makes sense.

I was thinking about getting the jinbao KO gravity Builder on eBay cause it's only like $150 but Im also thinking that's awfully cheap for a nice looking bot. Is this too good to be true or is it legit?

@@JONNYSORENSEN_AU I dunno I feel the jinbao I got is a little more than merely average. I've gotten bullshit K.O.'s before and this ain't that.
It's pretty good. Worth more than the price. If you're not gonna get the toyworld version for $500-1000 ( Which is the best devastator option, but also not perfect) this is a reasonable set, I would say build/materials feel on par with Zeta combiner limb bots.

But WHY are they there is the point. Its just distracting. Im guilty of that on my random toys shelf but not elsewhere.

I kinda agree the transformers aren’t perfect for the detolfs but they look a hell of a lot better than when people try to put 1:6 scale figure in them. Can’t stand when I see a marvel legends display in a detolf and it has 30 X Men crowded in it

It's always the Transformers collectors who think that detolfs are the way to go. And in reality, detolfs are the worst way to display transformers.
I agree. They suit a large single thing like a vintage 12" joe or barbie. Detolfs are too damn narrow for my tastes and make me think of museums in a dusty musty way. Large wider shelves, wide jewellery cases or wide glass cabinets suit tf and 6" better imo
I have a question....i know we check feelings at the door.. But why do you rip every entry because people choose to display there figs... The best way they can with space and materials they have that they are proud of there collections... They are not experts like you guys and lady...and you do things your way.. Why do you make a joke of them displaying there own way..you come off like high school jocks... If it is not what we do it is trash...
