All other demigods and jiva-atmas are all expansions on Krishna. So true. When he says that- you show little bit of arrogance and you fall. I got very angry with my child and hit him and soon after that I felt like krishna has left me. I felt guilty and I lost the feeling of protection that I used to have. It took a week for me to come out of this feeling and get back to my prayers. But after showing remorse and regret and apologising to krishna he has taken me back to his fold. I can feel these.

Truest form of Sanskrit exist in the south not in the north. And also there is no definite way to pronounce a name. It changes from language to language, due to changes in anaswara(m).
    Samkritam: Krishna(ha)
    Malayalam: Krishna(n)
    Tamizh: Krishna(r) or Krishna(n) [informal]
    Telugu: Krishna or Krishn(udu)
    Kannada: Krishna
    English: Krishna
Hindi: Krishn - (Schwa deletion due to Persian influence)
    Same for:
    Samskritam: Rāmāyana(m)
    Malayalam: Rāmāyana(m)
    Tamizh: Rāmāyana(m)
    Telugu: Rāmāyana(m)
    Kannada: Rāmāyana
    English: Rāmāyana
Hindi: Rāmāyan [again schwa deletion due to Persian influence]
    One more example, Lord Rama
    Samskritam: Rāma(ha)
    Malayalam: Rāma(n)
    Tamizh: Rāma(r) or Rāma(n) [informal]
    Telugu: Rāma or Rām(udu)
    Kannada: Rāma
    English: Rāma
Hindi: Rām (again due to Persian influence the Schwa deletion takes place)

One of the main reasons for Krishna's Avatara was to wipe out the Kshatriya race (barring some dharmic ones). Kshatriyas in the Dwapara were ferocious and fierce warriors. Had they lived on, they would have made the lives of common folks unbearable in the coming "Kalyuga". Of course there is the story of Bhudevi coming to Maha Vishnu crying that the burden on earth has become unbearable and so on but this may just be a metaphor.

19:14 If you see it as a normal human being, you will only think Krishna is a Psycho. He wanted Yudistar to tell lie and cry to his life time for doing a sin but the ultimate knowledge is required to understand that Yudistar himself need not to think he shouldn't say lie. What he is doing is not for himself. He just has to think he is part of the existence of world (Paramathma) and Paramathma always want us to do anything that is good for the wellness of the nature. Rather than being a proof of goodness itself. (Dronacharya knows this when he is asking for the thumb to Ekaleva. He know how much bad name it will bring to him but still did that because he has the knowledge about Bhramam(Paramam)
This is a very hard lesson and a huge balance is required to understand else you may also end up being a terrorist or a dictator thinking what you do is what nature wanted. Life is ultimate and the reason why we are here is ultimate.

So, let me get this straight so yudishtra gambling his wife and brothers is considered to be on the right side, karna is placed in the bad side for one instance after all his insults throughout his life.

    • @navinnathan7015
      @navinnathan7015 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Yudhishthira's reputation is largely preserved because he accepts the consequences of his actions, takes responsibility for his missteps, and spends the rest of his life atoning for this and other mistakes. His genuine commitment to dharma (moral duty) and his humility redeem him in the eyes of many.
Karna, on the other hand, is a tragic hero. Though he is immensely skilled, loyal, and generous, Karna's association with Duryodhana and his unwavering loyalty to him are seen as major flaws. He actively participates in humiliating Draupadi after the dice game, and his role in the war includes actions that are seen as dishonorable (such as killing Abhimanyu, a young warrior). Karna's decisions often stem from a deep sense of resentment due to his upbringing and the injustices he faced, but his loyalty to a morally questionable cause (Duryodhana's) tarnishes his legacy.
The different societal perceptions of Yudhishthira and Karna come from the moral positions they represent. Yudhishthira's mistakes are seen as moments of personal weakness, while Karna, despite his virtues, is aligned with Duryodhana's adharma (unrighteousness). Thus, Karna's otherwise redeeming qualities are overshadowed by his support for an unjust cause.
In essence, while Yudhishthira's single act of gambling Draupadi is considered a moral lapse, his overall adherence to dharma and penance for his mistakes allow him to be seen as a flawed but virtuous leader. Karna, despite his personal virtues, is judged more harshly due to his alliance with Duryodhana and his involvement in morally ambiguous actions throughout the epic.

13:25 Sorry this a very wrong perspective to note. Krishna says to Karna that he had all chances to be on the side of Right. You are telling wrong things. If you say what Karna said is wrong then How come Dhrobathi can discriminate people and reject Karna for his cast.
Please understand neither Dhrobathi nor Karna had a peaceful life. There is nothing like Krishna being part of their own (one's own) actions.

The interesting thing is that karna also did alot of good deeds like charity and other stuffs, that's because sahashra kavacha (who got defeated 999 times by nara-narayana rishis) asked for refuge to Surya Dev when nara and Narayana where after him,(where Surya Dev kept sahasra kavacha inside him). Surya Dev after a very very long long time, gave sahasra kavacha to kunti who was devoting for a son to Surya Dev. As sahasra kavacha was inside Surya Dev for so many long years, when he got out, he had some good personalities of Aaditya.

The feminine form of this word is कृष्णा (krishNaa)
When you address such a girl, you say कृष्णे (krishNe)
In Mahabharat, since Draupadi was dark in complexion, कृष्णा (krishNaa) was the name given to her.
In BR Chopra's mahabharatham, you will hear Lord KrishnaH address Draupadi as कृष्णे (krishNe)
So, you are right that, an extra "a" changes the masculine (Lord KrishnaH) to feminine (Draupadi)
The meaning though, remains the same.. both are dark in complexion.
And in Samskritam, you would name him रणवीरः and when addressing him you would call हे रणवीर

Similarly, शिवः (shivaH) is the 3 eyed Lord Shiva.
      शिवा (shivaa) is Parvatii.

The Gita is proof that Kris is not God. Imagine being so powerful and your best friend calls bullshit on your casual request to kill his uncle. If god has to reveal himself with so many words, then clearly he is not the creator

Shocking to me that you did not know who Ugrasena was - that is the problem with education today in India that you probably know the length of Abraham Lincolns beard but you do not even know somebody as important as Kansa's father! What a shocking state of affairs.

@@devarajn8744 Completely agree but I still found it shocking. Live in the US, my daughter is educated here but she still knows who all the main characters in the Mahabharata are! It was not meant as a "negative" comment - but a sad reflection of the education system in India which is not the fault of the host. Hopefully India will come back into its own again - soon! 🙏🏼 JSK

Though we can't judge but can't take sides until full knowledge of the circumstances
Which action causes which reaction and what should be the true extent of the reaction against the previous action it is something that is incomprehensible
Karn incited kauravas for draupadi vastraharan against the insult meted to him during swayamvar while duryodhana faced insult from draupadi during his visit to Khandprast. Draupadi was born because King Drupad wanted vegnance ..... so how to comprehend what leads to what and finally what was dharma and adharma ??
