Corticosteroids are a class of drugs based on hormones formed in the adrenal gland or derived synthetically. They are created from cholesterol and divided into two major groups: glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids. Common glucocorticoids are cortisol (hydrocortisone), prednisolone, dexamethasone, and corticosterone. An important mineralocorticoid in humans is aldosterone. Corticosteroids influence a wide range of physiological processes, including stress response, immune response, regulation of inflammation, carbohydrate metabolism, protein catabolism, blood electrolyte levels, and behavior. The secretion of these hormones increases during stress related to anxiety and severe injury. Corticosteroids are often prescribed for severe allergies, skin problems, asthma, and arthritis. They are also used to help prevent organ rejection in transplant recipients. Chronic overproduction of these substances is associated with various disorders, such as Cushing′s syndrome

एक बात बताइए कोर्टिको स्टेरॉयड का अगर किसी को साइड इफेक्ट हुआ हो जैसे डेक्सामेथासोन है इसका अगर किसी का साइड इफेक्ट हुआ हो तो इस साइड इफेक्ट हो ठीक करने के लिए कोई भी दवा शरीर में काम क्यों नहीं करती इसका क्या कारण हो सकता है
यूपी में ऐसी कोई दवा है जो कोर्टिको स्टेरॉयड के साइड इफेक्ट को खत्म कर सकें

Corticosteroids are also dangerous in patients with chrinic inflammation..where latent tb when an anti tnf alpha is administrerd creates active tb ...this then creates pathways that cause pulmonary edema ...

1 injection Dexamethisone 5 years ago. 2 years of steroid phsychoses of a hell you can't explain. still waking in hell and takes hours for adderall not working much any more modofinil not working much at all. Suicide would be a hell and my Doctors don't know what to do. eventually who ever take this poison eather dies alone or if they dare find no other alternative but suicide. brain damage the unoticed kind unless test that cost more than your house are done. if your a believer or christian steroids will easly wipe that out of your life. Torture of the worse kind for they act as your nothing but a usless ass hole .they don't understand. my nurse and doctor know its dangerous but also do not have a clue what to do except give some thing to bring your ssri up by meth or modofinil provigil. and only last awile and expensive.
