This was the best installation video for installing the rubber threshold, thank you for the information.
    ➡ Important ⚠
Step #1 is very important measuring the distance {outside} the metal tracks, and then cut the threshold. Step #2 cutting around the ends to fit the track to allow the rubber threshold to fit is also important.
Don't worry, the sealant will allow you time to make any last minute adjustments with the threshold to move it within the penciled lines. It will take a while for the sealant to lock-down and dry.

Great video. I just got the 1 1/2 inch threshold and installed it in 30 minutes with no trouble at all.

Can you use this product on an epoxy garage floor?

Yes, you can use the product on an epoxy floor. However, if it is a very smooth, shiny surface, you may need to rough the surface up using sandpaper so that the adhesive can bond better.

Will this keep mice out of my garage?

Yes, our thresholds can be used to keep mice and other small rodents from squeezing underneath the door

Hi there - we recommend using our GaraDry adhesive & sealant when installing any of our thresholds. This is available to buy from our website.

It's a nice profile, but how about mitring in a short length of profile at each end, rather than gunking in blocks around the door channel? This means trimming the end of the channel to fit in the mitre, but this only improves the life of the channel that's often sitting in water otherwise.
