I would asume you could play as a thumb player, it should be almost the same as playing with your index fingers. I haven't played with my thumbs in a while so I'm not sure
I don't know how to explain that well, but where ever those little green notes are, keep your fingers in the direction they're coming at when you press the big white note. You dont have to press them separately. It's like a hold note of you know what I'm saying.

@@any0n3-w1o I have played this song with my thumbs on Master and yes, you can. Just make sure you trace the tiny outer notes when it spreads out
