    Thanks for sharing, just what I was looking for.
    Unfortunately, this won't work in the design I'm working on right now due to auto-layout repositioning things. I just did a quick Google but couldn't find a way to get auto-layout to ignore certain layers - does anyone know if that exists currently?

      yeah I'm with you on this, autolayout causes issues and adds the shadow to all elements. I have not found a solution for this, I usually just remove the autolayout then add the drop shadow. If you've found a solution please reply!
