eh eh eh, it happens, too often..! As you can see, the replacement it's easy to do, no complicated concept...! You need only a good desoldering tool, I use a Weller WXDP120 in that vid. I hope this video could be usefull in case you want to try the replacement. A last suggestion: if you can, replace them all.
