Thanks Ann, lovely comment to read 😃. I meant to film a bit more of the awning at Trudgfest but didn’t get chance to. I think it came out ok though. Take care. Andy
We have a Kampa awning and love it. Very quick and easy to put up and take down. I believe if there is an air leak, the beam in question can be isolated and repaired. As you say, it's light and airy and a great extension to the caravan space. So glad we bought it.
Great to hear! Super quick to get on the van and inflated, as our Scottish trip demonstrates. Glad you like yours, the big windows are what make it for us. Thanks for watching. Andy
Once u pump it up Andy u close the isolation valves so if u do have a problem only one beam goes down. Does urs puddles on the roof at the cross beam. We’ve got the ace 260 and that puddles big time.
Feel a bit of a plonked now not figuring that on out! However if it’s the big main beam you might be struggling. No, ours doesn’t puddle, it worked really well in Scotland and love the Canopy too. Thanks for watching. Andy
Don’t go near the limpits Andy. Too many bad reports about them. Not worth the risk. I bought some with mine but decided not to use them. Put them straight on flea bay 👋🏻
Our Kampa rally air pro330 puddles on the roof, currently being investigated by Kampa. This awning looks like they have done away with the cross beam running adjacent with the caravan, looks much better. Great review thanks once again.
Tony Evans my mate has the 400 that puddles too. Be interesting to see what kampa says to u tony. If u could let me know that’ll be great.. I’ve heard use the kampa packing out blocks to tighten the roof more.
As soon as I hear back from Kampa I will keep you updated. I to have heard of the packing pads which alot of people mention, leading me to belive this style of awning has issues. In limbo atm as the retailer where I purchased it from thinks Kampa will want the awning returning after their study of photos etc. We love the awning apart from this issue, after seeing makewaywiththemorleys video this style looks perfect to direct any rain water off(without central cross beam). Update to follow regards Tony.
Hiya Andy and Kate. It looks like a good sturdy product, but fly screen options on all windows that open are a must nowadays. The West Coast Scottish midges would have you all for lunch in this during the summer months 😱😉 Take care........Andy 👍👍
Hi Andy, thanks for getting in touch. We’re pleased with it and hopefully that came across. I’ve heard the midges have been bad this year. The fly screens I thought would be a useful addition. Thanks for watching. Andy
Hi Tony, we’re off to the Vendee region. We like it there though we’ve not done the drive down Towing before so hopefully it’s not too much of a drag. Have a great trip to France. Thanks for watching. Andy
Hi Andy n Kate, nice awning it's the very one we're looking at to replace our 260 Dorema Magnum, but I'm concerned about the thickness of the material, our awning is made from Ten Cate and is very robust, these Kampa awnings seen to be very light weight or am I wrong!! ??? Regards Black Country Dave.
Hi Dave, thanks for your comment. We have a Dorene, full length awning and you are right, the materials are different. The Four Seasons or Weathershield Expert range have the thickest material, our awning is just over 18kg which all helps on managing that payload :) Hope that helps. Andy
Cheers Gordon, it was a shame you couldn’t make it but our paths will cross no doubt. I love the Air beam awnings, we had an airbeam tent before we had the Caravan and it served us really well - they’re so much easier to erect. Cheers for watching, Andy
Cheers Andy, yes I’m sure we’ll meet, I’m guessing you’re not far from me anyway! I’ll make sure I’ve got plenty of sambuca if we’re on the same site!!
We have the Westfield Carina 420 air awning and I wouldn't go back to a conventional awning. However, we had a bladder that leaked and we have the individual blow up bladders so thankfully the awning stayed up apart from the bit that deflated. Anyhow bladder changed under warranty no issues and no quibble!!
Hi Stuart, thanks very much. Great to hear about your awning. Pole awnings are great if sited or away for a long time, you can’t beat the simplicity of an air awning if away for a weekend. Thanks for watching. Andy
Thanks very much guys! I do hope so, we’ve had some great weather on the last two trips we’ve done. Fingers crossed for our trip to France 😂. Cheers for watching. Andy
Great video Andy. Oliver I have started using VideoPad I found a lot of them too complicated but VideoPad I found 'natural' to use. I used the free version and later purchased a licence.
Really good review. Our next awning will probably be a Kampa. Good camera angles too, really helps to explain what your talking about. Not sure if you've experienced it yet, but how is the awning in wind? We had a neighbour with one that took it down overnight whilst the wind past (don't know why?) As always, keep up the good work. Regards, Michael
Cheers Michael, the extra B - Roll video I was quite pleased with and does help make things flow. We’ve been really luck in that the weather hasn’t been very windy since we’ve had it. There is of course an extra tie down accessory kit which we will try with time no doubt. Thanks for watching, Andy
Always good to hear what people who use the product think, thanks for taking the time to make this video

Really pleased to watch this review, the awning looks lovey. Think I will buy one now, wasn’t 100% sure. I’m DONE with my pole awning!! 😁

thanks Andy & Kate. i am in the market for an awning and the fiesta air pro 350 looks perfect.
Cheers Andy, it’s a great awning for us. A nice blend between a porch awning and a full size for us. Thanks for watching. Andy

We have a Kampa rally pro (pole version) and love it too! Just the right size for us. Great video!
Hi, thanks very much. Glad to hear you’re happy! Cheers, Andy
Hi Andy and Kate, Where are you heading in France this year ? We are going down to Cavalaire in September, Tony and Jayne

Nice useful awning that. I’m a big fan of air beam. Sorry I couldn’t make the Trudgfest. Hopefully meet another time.

Hi I've one of the 2017 330 just wondering if you suffer with condensation in your new one thanks paul
Hi Ashly, we had a bit of a build up in Scotland when it snowed but other than that I’ve not noticed any. Thanks for watching, Andy

Great review looks a really good unit, hopefully the weather will always be as good when you use it and looks a nice space to sit out in too.
Thanks very much guys! I do hope so, we’ve had some great weather on the last two trips we’ve done. Fingers crossed for our trip to France 😂. Cheers for watching. Andy
Nice video Andy! I need some new windows editing software what do you recommend? Cheers Oliver
Great video Andy.

Hi Oliver, thanks for watching and commenting. Please send me a message on Insta and I will share with you there. Cheers, Andy
Thanks Peter, I’ve not used VideoPad but glad you found it easy enough to use. Let me know if I can be of help any time. Cheers Andy
I have this awning, but can’t find the canopy anywhere to buy. If someone has one they want to sell please let me know!
Good review, we're on the lookout for a drive away awning for our motorhome.
Hi, thanks very much. The Fiesta Air Pro is available as a drive away awning too. We love the huge windows as we mentioned! Thanks for watching, Andy
