I just saw my own Unexpectraphon video and I didn't remember doing it. I completely forgot how cool this was, so I strongly recommend people to record their best sessions as a 'preset' you can always revisit. But rectifying SP's sine outs with Maths and then resynthesize them with SAM is super cool, especially when you cycle channel 1 and 4 to create polyphonic tones. Also, there's nothing like temporarily replacing Maths2 with the Erbe-Verb, and to SAM it's infinite trail. Then, send SP back into the EV to create a loop.
I just patched the O-Control to a MC202 for npuzzeling that thru the spectraphon (and back kinda) … it was pretty interesting… however: thank you guys for being you … my world becomes more interesting using the tools you craft
love your deep dives. i have built a MN resynthesizer thru the past couple yrs, but my 4-zone has the lurvly XPO vs an additional Maths ;) What i hear with Spectraphon's "pitch" setting is rather a kind of rough Compression of spectra (that 'crispy', 'choppy' texture one hears on the "low" end of the knob gives me that impression. So "low potch" spreads out the spectra and "high pitch" compresses the soectra together SUPER tight to the point of near total obliteration. Maybe that is what gives impression at times that Spectraphon seems to play back spectra? It's really fun to experiment with injecrting time-based atonal and tonal sources and play with that compression attitude while shifting around thd spectra in various synced or unsynced ways. I am guilty that I havent used Morphagene with it as muchcas extetnal source, but everytime I see your noodles and lectures I get inspired to do more Morphagene juggling with it. Ever appreciative of your MN school (playhouse) ;)
do you mean an empty case such as the 4 Zone CV Bus Case, or the Skiff? www.makenoisemusic.com/cases/4-zone-cv-bus-case/ www.makenoisemusic.com/cases/skiff/

Really cool. 🤩

Also have XPO instead of second Maths. Great system.
@@nsjx my thoughts/patches are not bound in one case. And they are hybrid with iOS samplers like koala or standalones like tempera.

so dope

I think the planet needs a half-Spectraphon (coming from a Spectraphon owner) or a standalone Spectraphon based synth in the 0-Coast- Strega family.
Spectra based semi modular would be sick!
Patch on! ;)
A 1/2 spectraphon is a very cool idea
Why don't you make a unfinished case?
Why don’t you?
You can get this case, and put whatever you want in it.
