The CSX A-Line Bridge is a double-track concrete bridge that carries the North End Subdivision of CSX Transportation over the James River in Richmond, Virginia. The bridge was built jointly by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad in 1919.[1] Designed by John E. Greiner, this bridge was one of many he drew up for the RF&P, and brought early success to his recently established private consulting business

I see this bridge nearly every day when I cross the Boulevard Bridge. It's a beautiful landmark here in Richmond. Magical to watch you build it in miniature.

Having both seen this bridge probably thousands of times and pouring concrete myself on a few occasions, I can say this is truly an amazing feat.

Being born and raised in Richmond, this is beyond incredible. I drive under this bridge almost all the time using Riverside Drive. Beautiful landmark indeed. I was hoping you'd put a tiny black car under it. That'll be me... 😆
As another Richmond resident y don’t we all meet up at the bridge one day and make a tradition out of it honoring this lovely landmark
It's amazing to see such appreciation for an often forgotten architectural wonder. The James River Railway bridge is a beautiful piece of work.
As a fellow richmonder, seeing this brings back lots of memories of walking the pipeline, swimming under it at Belle lsle, and really just childhood summers. Just so many good memories. There's so much detail and time put in to this build. Great job!

As MANY times as I've been on the real bridge, NE-E-E-EVER, in my most vivid acid & shrooms hallucinations, could I have EVER imagined I'd see a video of a Vietnamese(?) guy, with a real monkey, building a scale model of it! AMAZING!

You can't travel over this bridge, but you can travel parallel to it on 195 on Powhite.

it's just fantastic !!, I started to do it myself and realized how long the construction takes
Best I ever did as a kid was build a scale farm. Had a thousand head of cattle and used metal and sticks for the fence post and Grandma's yarn for the barbed wire.
Simple but tedious process. But the results are awesome! Thanks for this video.😊

The bridge looks like a model of the Tunkhannock Viaduct railroad bridge in Nicholson, Pennsylvania, now over 100 years old and still bring used by the Norfolk and Southern line
