The Woman in Red

This animation required:
- about 20 hours of work,
- 844 prompts generated via midjourney,
- 177 images upscaled via midjourney,
- 770 videos generated via runway,
- 31 videos used in the final result.
A few comments:
- Runway has trouble maintaining the coherence of a video as it is extended beyond the initial 4 seconds. Too quickly and too often, it begins to produce hallucinations. Like MidJourney, it has trouble with hands. It also has problems with images that are too rich in elements. So, to make this short film, most of the videos used are 4 seconds long.
- Keeping the persistence of several characters through different scenes, putting them in situations together remains a real challenge that requires a lot of trial and error. Even if the final result seems very acceptable, I haven't completely succeeded.
