Photo of Plymouth Grove Hotel ( Corner of Shakespeare Street and Plymouth Grove ) I once or twice visited Schools Clinic, which was in Shakespeare Street, early 1950s. I read somewhere Plymouth Grove Hotel, is now a protected building ( just saying )

You can still see the despair and destitution, only now it's the people not the buildings.

We didn't. The bloody stuff was imposed on us by planners and architects who lived in Cheshire.
What difference Manchester is today. Huge improvement with all the investment.

Log end "manchester dartboard". Had to be soaked in water to stop cracks. No trebles. Thought of my father as soon as i saw that..... great memories of darts in the garden :)
