Luckily it looks like it won't be finished anywhere near the deadline set out. Instead phase I will be a 3.5 km site housing 900,000 and a FIFA stadium on the roof for 40,000 as part of the 2034 BID... Interesting to see if even that gets finished of its scrapped for a different more conventional stadium somewhere else in The Kingdom...

The line is the dumbest idea ever and will never get built. Maybe like 1% of it as a prove on concept. Which will prove that the concept is idiotic.
