Why are Mysore properties so high? Is anything great happening there. You can to a little extent justify prices in Hyd and Bangalore though their prices are a way too high. 2x times of what they should be. Property buyers should hold their horses for some time.
Plot rate 1 to 1.2cr and construction cost Rs 1800 per sqft. Total about 2 Cr. Asking price: Rs 3.8Cr! This is why many builders in Mysore will be bankrupt in less than a year. People will buy houses in good areas of Bangalore if it's really this expensive in Mysore.
Ya AGREE PRICE IS MORE BUT 1800Rs/sft ....😀😀😀.I am a civil engineer ,I think your not aware of constructions. Pls execute project for me i will give 2100 rs/sft .with same specification.
@@srinivas6163 You are basing the price on how it looks in the video and what the description says. But I am a mysorean and know well about the poor the quality of such houses. Visit one of these houses they advertise here in this channel if you visit Mysore or a Mysorean (I have visited a few), no harm in just seeing, and then get back here and tell me if the house quality matches that of what you are assuming it would be.
