got some serious goosebumps from this song, its a shame that a lot of the good music will never be heard by the mainstream of people out there, really great song man, im glad i can just go through youtube and find really good shit to hear like this
Minty Fresh Voices Sorry, you might want to re-read my comment, I acknowledged the fact of him being deaf. Hence why I said right after that, that he wrote his music based on what he _FELT_ not heard. I also know that he is dead, that's why I said _Imagine_
+Honsoneous Music You made this yourself? This is great. I am going to put it on my phone, which is good considering I usually only take the time to download good songs, and have all of 60 songs in my library.
The fact: This is a great remix of one of the most important and best musics ever created. Now you can agree, disagree, think what kind of shit you want, but you cant say isnt a fact.
True. An opinion is merely that. A personal aspect. Not a collective established dogma or truth written in stone. Now, music. I agree, it's one of the good ones.
creativity was snug in the cup of your hands. u took a venture out to left wing and made it back with a serene story to show for it. the picture totally completes the experience. thx.
I think the you've hit it were others, that have remixed this song, have gone wrong, by not touching the piano. Just the unmistakable tune in the back ground works perfectly. Amazing!!
Gotta say, I like the triplets over duples in the beginning. Definitely keep complexity in your music! The comment about increasing the speed to 1.25 also improved the piece, adding a little speed gave it some more life. Very nice job with this mix!
Bob Bobbertson Idk. I hate most dubstep nowadays. It’s extremely repetitive and pretty much every new song has the same exact sound to it and the shittiest drop. Or you get the dubstep that sounds like you’re backing up a car into a dumpster on repeat. I don’t like most dubstep but a very small portion is really good.
This is my all time favorite Dubstep remix EVER! I love the way that the beat just melts into the original melody and it totally takes you away. This is my "center" music. Thank you for an awesome remix!
I was really skeptical that I would like this. I love this. It's amazing and not too over the top. It doesn't take away from the beauty of Moonlight Sonata.
@@zakthompson6140 pretty much every single composition of Beethoven can be turned into dubstep extremely easy, I bet you can transform (at least in your head) 5th Beethoven's symphony into dubstep

Best one! I listened to just about every remix of this song. Its very hard to get me to follow anyone anywhere, but you deserve it! Can't wait to see more from you!
Commissar I know, I can’t even imagine how it must of been for Beethoven, he is truly superhuman. Honsoneous Music thank you bravo! I loved how u included the last movement in the end.
This actually sounds.... Really Good.... Love this crossover! I'm very fond of classical music, and Dubstep (as we'll as rock). I never thought a Dub/Classic Crossover could be achieved so well.
A musically dark and interesting place for this piece. IMO A slightly psychedelic yet skillful use of C-Minor chord and the Presto Agitato to bring drama. One should not forget this music was about unrequited and perhaps inappropriate passion between Beethoven and his 17 years old pupil, the Countess Giulietta Gucciardi. The story and the music is timeless, wonderfully given color and texture by this modern retelling.
17 doesn't seem all that inappropriate. I think it's old enough to be able to make your own sound judgments about things like that. Anyways, do you mean the musically dark and interesting place to be youtube? Because I find that a rather odd statement. In fact, I've been stuck with about 50 tabs open for several days because I'm stuck in a music listening loop, where each song has 3-6 more songs on the right side I have to open in new tabs to listen to....and it seems neverending. Heh. I'm finding it rather rich with music.
I agree, this was wonderfully faithful to the original with its intensely subdued, mildly depressed tone. I appreciate how most of the time, it didn't feel like a single part was in the forefront -- it all melded together to create an intensely emotional, complex experience, just like the original.
Well, I had not ever liked a remix of classic music, most of the time it destroys the master piece... But moonlight sonata is my favorite piece and this remix is FREAKING COOL !
It's been like 10 years since I heard this song and I still listen to it, it impresses me that I still like it, I thank the one who I think this remix helped me a lot with my anxiety, for me, you are a beethoven from these times, a greeting from Peru, nothing is known anymore. I hope you have a good life from you
this is diffrent but i like it. When I heard dubstep i kind of thought it was like advanced classical music. Due to it mainly being based on sounds and not so much words.
Liquid dustep music is the voice of the universe, is so powerful that scientist can give proof that cures, heals, gives peace, well-being, health. I am also a musician, pianist. The music is philosophy, medicine, science and much more, it's so unspeakable that never can decipher your code how can do to open a frozen heart and as it can transmute feelings, fears, unhappiness in life and passion for life itself. In your interpretations and creativity have been able to feel something beyond that I can't describe listening to your versions of the original composers. Your genius tells me that you are perfect hearts and Crystal souls like the pure drop of heavenly water. Thank you.

This is the best remix I have heard of this song... Adding an electronic perspective yet still capturing the serenity of the piece.
To think that Beethoven was deaf and wrote his music based on what he felt, could you imagine him listening to this?

"could you imagine him listening to this?"
No, I couldn't. Because he's deaf.

Wow! TWO time signatures TOGETHER?! (Melody: 3/4, Harmony: 4/4) THAT is TOO COOL!!!
It's hard to pull off.
it would be 12/8 over 4/4 to make it sound the best
Actually the moonlight sonata has a 4/4 for the melody as well. It just makes wise use of signature
@@normandave3429 Well shoot, it really is a 4/4 !
4:58 the ending of this is so epic. I'd love to hear a full remix with that deathly choir. The choir just makes it sound so dang epic.

Beethoven listened to music by feeling the loud vibrations, so he'd actually love this.
Beethoven would've loved raves
