Hi Deras,
Here i will show 2 types of easy method of making patholi , Patoli is a sweet dumplings , This sweet dumpling which is steamed in turmeric, cinnamon leaves or banana leaf. H ere we need to make thick batter from rice or semolina & to spread on any of above mentioned leaf then filled with sweet coconut fillings. Leaves are folded & steamed for 10 -15 minutes. This recipe is prepared in costal Karnataka during gouri pooja, ganesh chaturthi and nagarapanchami
